It was ironic because we had just come from another flooring company who was also closed when they were supposed to be open, but they at least had a note on the door saying they were closed until Monday due to an unforeseen roofing issue (and we did see people on the roof). It's common courtesy to let your customers know why you're not open when you're supposed to be. Needless to say, they will not be getting our business because it would be hard to trust that kind of company. We did call before going to any other locations that day.

The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it.
