Matt and his crew came out today, called a half an hour before they got here and let me know they were on their way, early. The crew arrived and explained exactly what they were going to do, which, Charlie, the estimator had already told me and they were right on cue. Matt actually installed 3 extra pieces to make sure the water would not flow over at 3 different locations around the house. Did not charge me anything extra even though I told him I had no problem with it. The crew was great, courteous, clean and cool. Can not believe how fast they had everything installed. We had gutters installed at our last house and there is no comparison between the 2 companies. Liz in the office could not have been nicer with the few conversations we had. Thanks to Matt and your company Mr Gutter.. Mike Ahearn read more

After several companies provided their proposals we decided on Mr Gutter due to their willingness to respond to our questions and concerns as well as their lifetime guarantee. The crew arrived on time and completed the work within a few hours. The quality of work was excellent with every member of the crew sincerely trying to provide a professional quality job. It was refreshing to deal with a company who values your business and cares about the quality of the work completed and not rushing to the next job. read more

several phone calls and messages without response. Hard to be a respectable company if answering phone calls or voicemails is an issue.

Amazing! We've been needing to get our Rain Gutters replaced for several years now, and Mr. Gutter did an amazing job from start to finish. Elizabeth was a gem on the phone. It was so simple to call and coordinate a visit. Charlie came out and definitely knew his stuff and provided us with a great quote. This week they the guys came out and did an incredible job. It looks great and their work was impeccable. They really did a great job and took care removing the old gutter and installing new. I was extremely impressed and very pleased. In a couple of months I am planning to get a some rain barrels and I will be calling the team at Mr. Gutter to arrange to have them installed. I absolutely recommend them! They are a must call for any of your rain gutter needs. read more

These guys have a very busy schedule so it might take a bit before they'll get to you but it is worth the wait! First was the estimation by Charlie, who was very efficient and professional as he measured my gutters for gutter guards and checked for damage. His estimate was very reasonable. About a month later Danny and crew arrived with a second crew as well and flushed out my gutters of debris from the Cities Trees that overhang my property and house from time to time. (I pay crews to cut trees back away from my property.) With two crews the job was done rapidly and efficiently. Some anchoring of the gutters was required and the gutter guards were installed in fast and efficient manner! Very nice job and worth the wait! You will be directed to Mr Gutter website and can put in your information and send it in. A representative from Mr Gutter will get in touch with you in a day or two. Don't be discouraged by the seemingly long timeline. These guys are worth the wait! read more

I was pleased to work with Mr. Gutter. I called them to request a bid to add new gutters to my home which currently had none. They sent out their estimator who wrote everything up and brought me their color swatch book. I knew what I was looking for up front, but was happy their estimator was competent in providing additional details. After receiving other bids, Mr. Gutter's pricing was the most competitive. They were on time for their appointment and efficient in their work. My home has unique rooflines, in essence the eaves are stuccoed over and incorporated into the house (a 1930 Spanish bungalow). The installers took their time and secured the gutters appropriately. I feel confident in the quality of their work and the commitment to their craft that if something were to go wrong they would stand by their product and installation. Definitely give them a chance to bid your project. read more

The entire experience we had with Mr. Gutter was amazing. They made multiple trips out to help us determine the correct configuration for our gutter, the work was done quickly and perfectly, and they came back to fix something that we realized needed to be changed after the original installation. What a great job they did and so easy to do business with them. I would definitely refer this company. I had called other companies and they were not interested in what I needed done and they came that very same day I called. read more

Wow, if you're looking for rain gutters, installed properly at a fair price, look no further. All these five star reviews are real. This is a company that cares about their customers and care about the job they do. They walk you through the job while gathering info for an estimate and walk you through the job before the installation. The installation crew is part of the company, not experienced temporary labor, so they care about the job they do as much as the owner does. If you're not using Mr. Gutter to have your rain gutters installed, you're doing it wrong! read more

Mr. Gutter just finished installing all new rain gutters on my house and detached garage. They did a great job and the gutters look awesome. Also, Matt and his office and field staff were all very courteous and professional. And, they showed up early for both the estimate and to do the work! I've had very few contractors show up on time so that's appreciated. Highly recommend! read more

We had only a small job to do, which was adding a section of gutter to our existing system. After reading the positive reviews on Yelp for Mr. Gutter I set up an appointment. They were fast! Came out right away and assured us that even though our job was small, they were more than pleased to help. They even squeezed us in to accommodate other work we were having done. The work was inspected by their on-site manager and even had the crew re-work a connection to improve the final result. We were so impressed by their level of professionalism and willingness to help with our project, and to take the time and expense to make it right. Mr. Gutter provided drawings, cost quote an exceeded our expectations. read more

Wow - these guys were awesome. Follow up was excellent, showed up on time, did a great job and at a fair price. I highly recommend!

These guys are GREAT! From the original visit for our estimate, Matt clearly explained the process and designed the appropriate layout for our home. He made suggestions that we took and are very glad we did. The install crew Alex, Jeff, and Andrew are top-notch too. They arrived on time, got the work done in a clean and professional manner. The work they do is truly an art and they are amazing at it. I would recommend Mr. Gutter to anyone needing gutters. I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. Nice to have great people work on your home. I can only say GREAT things about Mr Gutter and our experience. The team at Mr Gutter is everything that one might look for from a local service business, and none of the things you hope to avoid. Starting with knowledge of their product and its uses. I called three companies to compare. We had significant problems with our gutters on a home we purchased a few years ago. Although I knew of the primary issue, that rain wasn't draining into the gutters and my garage flooded from both sides of the roof whenever it rained! I actually didn't realize that the extent of the problem..fascia was not correctly placed on the house for the roof that had been replaced prior to our home purchase, fascia had since rotted all around [no surprise since very little rain from the roof was going into the old gutters!]. One of the companies was so arrogant. The estimator actually wouldn't make time to review the problems he found or possible solutions. Said he had 'let the house do the talking' and would go over it with the GC. [no time for the homeowners, we're just the stakeholder most interested in making sure the solution we were going to be paying for solved the problem!]. Of the two companies that had assessed the problem similarly, Mr Gutter demonstrated the capabilites and team to take the insights to a completed job. Ulitmately over the course of site visits and phone conversations we were able to find the right GC & Carpenters to correct the fascia placement and repairs and finally get the gutters installed. They are beautiful and more importantly, actually function to protect our investment. All the employees at Mr Gutter, Charley, Liz, Matt and the installers take pride in their work with a sense of both accountability, professionalism and community. Orange County is fortunate to have a business that sets such a good example of communication, workmanship, coordination with the various trades etc. read more

Matt and his team are great to work with. This company truly values the meaning of customer service. They were on time, had attention to detail, quick, clean and their pricing is very competitive. We really needed new gutters for our home, Josh and his team arrived ready to install our new gutters! They explained exactly where the gutters would be placed (we needed to adjust the placement). I found Mr. Gutter to be efficient and courteous. If you need your gutters repaired, call Mr. Gutter. read more

Mike, Matt and the rest of the team at Mr. Gutter not only do a great job at installation, they back-up all of their work once completed. I had them install gutters around the entire house. ( I had my house painted and decided to go for new gutters as well.). There was one section, that at the time of installation, we didn't know if it would work with the new patio we were installing in two weeks. Mike said, "no problem. if we need to come out after the cover is installed and retrofit something, well do it." The patio cover was installed and there was no more room for the downspout. I contacted Mike and he sent Matt and the crew out to figure out a solution, and they did - no charge. The job is perfect. Not only that, but I got a section of the house done, that previously didn't have a gutter, for less than the original gutters were just 6 years prior. read more

My house gutters needed some cleaning and minor repair work. I checked the Yelp Top 10 list and decided to contact Mr Gutter. I received a return call right away. Their services and ETA were explained to me and all my questions were answered. Paperwork was handled via email and my job was queued. Two nice gentlemen showed up (called beforehand.) I proceeded to show them where I thought the trouble spots were located. They did a complete cleaning, and then repaired and shored up all the house gutters within a couple of hours. I'm happy with their work. I would highly recommend their service. read more

I called the first time and left a message. No response for days. I called a second time and left a message mentioning Yelp. I received a call back and he left a message stating they were busy and would call me back later in the week. Still nothing! Gave one last try and it states the mailbox is full. Piss poor business ethics! Will happily hire another reliable company to install my gutters! read more

Recently my parents had a gutter installed at their Cypress home. From start to finish, Matt was very professional and pleasant to work with. When they called Matt for a quote, they received a quick response. On the day of the appointment, Matt called ahead of time to confirm and was timely. Matt demonstrated that he is very knowledgeable about his work. He provided samples and recommended the size and color to match their home. At the end, he gave my parents an updated quote and worked with them to fit their budget. On the day of the installation, Matt and his crew showed up on time and was ready to work. They gave an estimated time of completion and worked professionally and efficiently to put the gutters and downspouts. The completed installation looks very good and was finished on time. They made sure to clean up afterwards and left nothing behind. The work has a lifetime warranty and Matt even offered to return for additional work if needed. Definitely would recommend using Matt for your new gutter! read more

Mr. Gutter is by far one of the best companies that we had ever used. We have a almost 10,000 sqf house and they replaced our gutter few months ago. Mike and his staff are honest, hard-working and genuinely nice people. If there is a 10-star, I would give it to them without hesitations. Mike and Matt (& all of staffs) had been above and beyond in our project. During the course of working, we got into conflicts with our roofers: Cityscape(definitely a company to steer far away), they had been getting out their way to work with us, even though they had to compromise their profits. I cannot give them enough stars to match their good work. read more

Matt and his men removed the old and installed a new rain gutter system in just two separate days. The gutter material is sturdy and strong, the workmanship is top cabin. I would hire again and recommend to anyone needing gutter repair work or replacement call Matt. Ron Anaheim Hills read more

You'd be amazed at how happy you can be with new gutters, so happy in fact that it deserves a Yelp review. I'm sitting here listening to the rain pour down and am soooo darn glad that I followed the other reviewers and hired Mr Gutter. We have a 3500 sqft house that needed updated gutters. From our first contact with Mr Gutter we we impressed, they answered questions, stayed in contact, kept to their promised dates and times and Matt helped all day with answering our MANY questions about the install. None of the job was easy as we have a pretty severe pitch on our roof and limited ladder space on one side of our house. They rolled with the punches and made it happen perfectly, even working around our security cameras with a level of care that made you think it was their own house. Once finished I did a quick survey to see if they left trash behind....not a thing. They even used a blower to clean my driveway better than they found it. Thank you to Matt and your excellent team, we whole heartedly recommend you and your crew with Mr Gutter!! read more

Wow, this is a class act operation. My husband and I have remodeled homes for the last 40 years, and we love and appreciate great customer service. The team at MG were amazing to work with. Miss Liz, who encountered many questions and schedule changes from me, made everything work out perfectly. Matt was very accommodating of our schedule changes, and we could not be happier with the great result! The install team were very respectful of of our newly stucco'd home, and Matt even made a personal trip back to remove one fingerprint! You're in great hands with the team at Mr. Gutter! read more

Mr. Gutter did a great job on my 1940's home in Fullerton. They were one of two quotes and had the best pricing. They showed up on time with a 4-man crew and did a really nice job installing and cleaning up after the install. All the crew members had great enthusiasm for the job and seamed to genuinely care about doing a good job. I had them install the 5 inch Fascia Gutter so it looks custom to the home. The gutters are one-piece aluminum and are well made. They even matched the paint colors on my home with the down spouts. I will use Mr. Gutter again and recommend them to my friends and clients. read more

I have been doing a lot of work on my home lately. And all new gutters was next on my list. I had gotten a quote from Michael at Mr. Gutter a few months ago while the other work around the house was being done. I also got multiple quotes from multiple companies, I checked licenses and did my homework both on Angie's List and Yelp. Mr. Gutter wasn't the cheapest but he wasn't the most expensive either. What made him stand out for me was he presented himself the best out of any of them. Personable and professional. He took his time with me discussing the job, etc. When I called Mr. Gutter the first time to request a quote and left a message, he returned my call within a few hours and we had an appointment for him to bid the job a few days later. He arrived at the scheduled time. He was consultative and thorough. We discussed how the product is made and installed. We discussed what would give the home a modern look, etc. Highly professional and yet easy going as well. So, when it was time to actually do the installation of the gutters - I called Michael to book the appointment. He promptly answered the phone, he remembered me, and we booked the appointment for two days later. And once again, he was on time, ready to go. He brought two workers with him. We reviewed the job once more and he and his crew got started. Michael stayed the entire time and oversaw the job. I was shocked at how quickly they made and installed the gutters. It was done in just a few hours....and we're talking a LOT of gutter (over 132 feet!). He and his team promptly cleaned everything up and they were on their way. A great experience. Highly recommend. read more

We'd been trying to find a company that would respond to us with an estimate and who came through with a reasonable quote for over a year. Mr. Gutter came through. Charlie came out within days to offer not only a quote, but also well-founded suggestions. Then Liz was very helpful in verifying color choices and an installation time. Last, but definitely not least, Josh made sure the installation ran smoothly. Then, they pleasantly honored their guarantee! They fixed a couple minor issues on a timely basis. I am well pleased. Thank you, Mr. Gutter! read more

Mike, I wish to thank you and your team of men that just installed new gutters on our property on Powell, Placentia. Michael came out to do an estimate two months ago and by far was the most reasonable price out there. He showed up on time, was courteous and explained options for me. We had also had some other recommendations by other companies who seemingly were trying to do less gutters and more flashing. In the end, we chose Mr. Gutter and we were not disappointed. It finished the look of our newly painted house, we love that we have rainbarrels in place and they even installed a rain chain for me (which was missing a part - they made something nice for it). Michael, again, was on time, friendly and his crew was very professional and no mess was left behind. Very great company to do business with and now all we have to do is wait for some rain! read more

Mr. Gutter is awesome ! He came out very quickly to assess our job. He was on time and emailed us a bid that evening as promised. His prices seemed very reasonable. He continued to follow up and coordinate with me while other work was being completed to our house. Today he came out to do the job, and again showed up on time. Mr Gutter and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They even did a few extra repairs & clean out to my existing gutters. My gutters look great and he was able to tie in and match everything perfectly. read more
