Horrible, petulant and extremely rude customer service…read more Didn't even get to a quote from them. On the phone they insulted their competitors as a sales tactic claiming that the big co's ''don't care'' and reassured me that they truly do. Next morning I awake to an email - they rudely refused to even provide a quotation because ''they dont move hospital beds''. When I clarified that it was just a SERTA adjustable head/foot bed frame weighing maybe 150lbs and questioned how a ''professional'' moving company wasn't able to move it, especially after reassuring me on the phone that they were the ''caring ones'' and insulting TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Todd's reply was rudely immature and petulant... ''if you would have just said it's not a hospital bed and left out the b. S. Afterwards. I would have sent you a quote. We are a little past that now aren't we?'' Petulant. Childish. Unprofessional. Customer service alone is too horrible to do business with. As a customer services manager in my own career I can honestly say that of the 10 moving companies I've contacted, 2 PRO MOVERS was the only rude one. I can't give a 0 Star Rating. But if I could. Repulsive lack of service from the get go. Pathetic.

The young and seemingly inexperienced men were late, then they went downstairs where I had taken the items out and were therefore easily accessible. Studying the stacked washer/dryer, they proceeded to make a phone call. Then they told me, although with apologies, they couldn't take it, because they didn't have any straps or tools with them???? What???? I told them I had straps and plenty of tools and could assist them if necessary. They proceeded to tell me that their manager told them not to bother...someone could get hurt or the walls could get damaged. Bottom line, they simply didn't want to do the job and it's obvious these guys were inexperienced. I realize it's hard to get good help since COVID but come on! I had to move the items back out of the way until I could have them removed. I booked "Junk Ninjas" the next day. They were $65 cheaper and had no problem removing all the items carefully without hesitation.

After calling about this issue in the morning, I received an on-site appointment scheduled that same day in the afternoon. Further, the technician was able to fix the issue that day, which made our experience even better, considering the time of year (December) and not having to worry about additional parts to be used/ordered. Special thanks to Pavlo! Awesome job.
