Horrible, petulant and extremely rude customer service…read more Didn't even get to a quote from them. On the phone they insulted their competitors as a sales tactic claiming that the big co's ''don't care'' and reassured me that they truly do. Next morning I awake to an email - they rudely refused to even provide a quotation because ''they dont move hospital beds''. When I clarified that it was just a SERTA adjustable head/foot bed frame weighing maybe 150lbs and questioned how a ''professional'' moving company wasn't able to move it, especially after reassuring me on the phone that they were the ''caring ones'' and insulting TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Todd's reply was rudely immature and petulant...
