I was informed that I would only be reimbursed 20% of a $1675 deposit! I was in shock! I then contacted the company again, and the owner, Ken A., made a decision to give me a full refund. Their audio services during the wedding with wireless mics, amplified music and sound mixing were perfect and exactly what we needed. The final wedding video product was beautiful and they did a great job with nice editing and segmentation that captured the feeling and emotions of the day.
