Quick and friendly service- I was seeing this place all on social media and I had to try it. I got three lbs of crayfish but I wanna try the potatoes and corn next time. The crawfish were so good! Seasoned well and spicy - I can definitely eat them all the time. The store, located right on Staring Ln as you turn off of Perkins, is nice and clean and spacious. This place has been mentioned to me a handful of times this year and I looked at the Yelp reviews and thought one afternoon I would try it out and bring my parents some bugs----this was Easter weekend and when I arrived there was a crowded parking lot but there was a space to park---as I was exiting my vehicle I noticed staff outside assisting a customer with bringing her order to her vehicle, which I take as a good sign. I entered the establishment and see what appears to be close to 10 people inside waiting---turns out they were waiting g for the order. Also, some of those waiting were folks who had called in their order. There was 1 person ordering and I was next----when it was my turn to place an order, I order 6 pounds of boiled crawfish and some fixings and proceeded to sit down and wait for my order to be called----it did not take long and I guess there was many repeat customers and there was no complaining as to the wait and people continued to come in and order or pick up orders. I received my order and took it to the parents' house---I was more than pleased with the size of the crawfish and the taste---very impressed and want to return soon. read more

Wanted crawfish and this one was close to I10. Almost didn't come because it looked like it was take out only. Took a chance and it paid off! The crawfish was fresh, delicious,and priced right. The seasoning was so flavorful, not mega hot and tasted like the ingredients were house made with hints of citrus. Really good. Also added a sausage link, crawfish boudin link, Turkey neck, corn and spicy potatoes! So good! They even took out a table and we were able to eat inside! Highly recommend.See pics! read more

Tonight we tried Mr. Crawfish that is fairly new in the area. We loved them. They were season very well. Full of flavor and the right amount of spicy. Friendly and fast service. Please bear with me. I'm so full. I can barely do this review. When you walk in it's almost sterile clean. A few decorations on the wall, a couple chairs, a large counter and the menu and his prices are on the wall behind the counter. One of the owners was working behind the counter. She was so nice. She showed me the size of the crawfish before I bought them and after seeing how big they were, I increased the amount that I wanted I can normally eat 5 to 6 pounds of crawfish in one sitting I was only able to eat about half of the 6 pounds that I got. And that's not with me eating the huge claws. I broke those off and have saved them for another day. The flavor of the crawfish is Awesome. You can taste lemon flavor, celery, the different spices, a hint of orange. they are spicy, but not overpowering. I, easily, live by 6 crawfish spots, this will be my new go to. It is worth the slightly longer drive. read more

I was passing by Louisiana while driving back to TX. Must say, the owners were really welcoming! Walking in, their Vietnamese family own business made it very accommodating! Typically this is a walk in and grab your seafood boil place, however, they warmly welcomed our family of 9 and made tables for us. Not to mention, their prices were really noticeable for how good their food is. You'll 100% get your money's worth coming here. If you're passing by during their season, you should give this place a shot! Especially during the crawfish season (January - end of June), the crawfish are the best and packed full of flavor. read more

Small little Vietnamese-owned to-go spot for ordering out only. Prices are on the cheaper side, with a good value especially in this economy. They sell fresh or cooked crawfish and shrimp, plus some of the other fixings you typically see for a seafood boil like potatoes, corn, sausage, and eggs. They also have turkey neck, neck bones, and snow crab legs. Good spice level with a pretty standard flavor on the boil. Personally would like more heat, but it still left a pleasant aftertaste after everything was said and done. The lady packing my crawfish was considerate enough to double bag them in case of spills, but the shrimp still ended up making a mess in the bag. The crawfish and shrimp were both very fresh, and considering that this is Louisiana, that's to be expected down here. Crawfish had good flavor and size, with some pieces being big enough to be able to get the claw meat. The shrimp, while tasty, were overboiled to death. Sausage was pretty average and probably not homemade, but still absorbed the flavor of the boil so no complaints. Egg had the same issue, with a slightly salty flavor, and overcooked a little too much. It still tasted good after absorbing the flavor from the boil. Corn was very delicious after soaking in the boil All in all, a good experience, plus with how fair prices are here, I can definitely see myself coming by again. I would maybe like to see an option for a spicier boil. read more

Great prices, the crawfish is also plentiful and large. They boil them with seafood boil and there is a strong citrus flavor to them as well. The potatoes and corn for sale are both seasoned very well and taste great. The staff is very nice I think they are a family run operation and the area is very clean. Excellent crawfish and shrimp!!! Very reasonable price and both the crawfish and shrimp are in really good size. The seasoning is just right, not too salty like some of the other ones I have tried. The potatoes and corn were great too!! I didn't get the chance to try the neck bones, but will definitely be back to try those and more of the tasty crawfish and shrimp. I have been here twice within one week! I saw the open sign and had to try it out asap! Then, went back with my family. The crawfish is so yummy! It's fresh, hot, flavorful (just the right taste of spice), and fairly priced, particularly considering the shortage of availability this season. The owners are both so kind and engaging. While waiting on a fresh order, we talked about the decades they've been in Louisiana and how incomparable our food is compared to elsewhere. Also, I called in a large order literally 30 mins before closing and they offered to wait for me (thankfully, I was able to make it before and not do that to them). I'm born and raised in Louisiana so I've had my share of crawfish and this is certainly the best I've had remotely on this side of town. The building is bare-bones. You're not going to sit down and eat here, but give me some good crawfish and I'm perfectly content to take it back to eat in the comfort of my home in appropriate clothing #iykyk lol. So, in sum, do yourself a favor and go try them out asap!! I wish them all the best in their new endeavor.
