My toilet was flushing well that was Friday afternoon. Saturday it started all over again. I waited until Monday morning to call (I have another bathroom). They called me back shortly after I left the message Monday morning and came back out Monday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and all is well. I paid on Friday what I thought was a reasonable rate. I asked Monday if I owed anything and was told no it's covered. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I have a Plumbing issue they will be who I call.

Simplicity HVAC LLC, Joshua and Jessie were sent to my house to fix my air conditioner by our home…read morewarranty company. These guys were GREAT. Joshua contacted me within two hours of my call to the warranty company and asked if they could come out the same day! I couldn't relieve it. Normally you have to wait 24-48 hours to get a call back. The guys called to ask if they could come earlier as they were running ahead of schedule. I said yes and they got here exactly when they said they would. They spent 20 minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem and another ten o make sure the problem as resolved. Both Joshua and Jessie were personable, professional and genuinely nice and honest guys. I strongly recommend them based on the great work they did for us. Because it was a home warranty call the price was fixed so I can't speak to their costs , however, to tell you what kind of guys they are. I inadvertently gave the twenty dollars more than the cost. Joshua immediately told me I gave him too much. I told him to keep it and use it for dinner.

Another residential electrical project completed and we couldn't be happier. We called Flash…read moreElectric and DeAnna answered the call. She did a quick assessment to get an understanding of what services we actually needed. Our project was a small residential project that we thought was only important to us. Sam followed up within the hour and was able to give us an idea of when his team would be able to come out. Our timing was perfect because Sam worked us in between other larger projects and had Dalton and Dillon (yes that's correct) at our home within a few hours of our initial call. This is the third time we've used Flash Electric in the last few years and they always come thru. If you needed electrical work and didn't know who to trust? Now you do, call.....Flash Electric! Let me first start off with "it was all good until", he was called out for his employees sitting in…read moretheir van all day. ok not that big a deal people need rest right? well that turned i to him having his feathers ruffled by the fact that a woman is who called him out. He absolutely has a problem with women being in charge. I work a 40 hour job and my wife doesnt so we decided that she would act as the GC. So she is in charge. Well he does not like that at all. Then his feathers got even more out of shape when we decided to buy/install a generator. Mind you a generator brand that he does not sell. That set him off. Then came the issues with install. slow as molasses on a cold day. job could have been wrapped up in about 2 weeks but took almost 2 months. Only the quote was in writing. Make sure you get Flash to agree to ALL DRYWALL repair if needed. Almost every room in our house there was drywall damage. When we asked him about fixing it and what his process was he simply said he does NOT repair any drywall that they damage. NONE. Well to say the least that was the end of his service. We went round and round with text after text and at the end of the day decided to pay for the repairs. Well it was too late we had already gotten our drywallers scheduled for the next morning and we decided to just absorb the cost and be done with it. Well that set him off even more saying he was willing to pay and or repair the drywall. It had been a day or two since we first brought it to his attention so we felt he had ample time and opportunity to reverse his decision and offer to fix what his crew just messed up. 4 or 5 recessed lights that the hole were no where near where they were supposed to be. One of the holes was even too large with the worker admitting to my wife that he grabbed the wrong size! At the time we actually laughed it off thinking that that "mistake" would certainly be rectified. NOPE. Ive tried to keep this light hearted for my own sanity tho im sure it will not seem that way. All in all id give 2 stars. Flash Electric came to us as a recommendation though i absolutely could not in good conscience recommend further. This review had nothing to do with cost of this particular project. That will stay with us. Communication and the lack thereof due to inability to work with a woman. And the absolute flat out refusal to pay for repairs that his company were 100% responsible for.
