Mr. bubbles was always the place to get your car washed. They are under new ownership, and they are horrible. The automated part of the wash was the only thing that was good. When they were cleaning the inside, they never sprayed or touched my doors or my seats. They vacuumed but not well. I wish I had read recent reviews because I would not have gone. I came into the car wash and really didn't want to clean the mats in the car. The service provider who took the car from me at 645pm repeatedly asked me if I wanted to clean the mats and finally I gave in. Fast forward and I'm putting things back into the car after I got home and I realized the mats were missing. So I rushed back to the wash only for the same car wash provider to say I can't give you the mats because the store closes at 7pm. It was 7:15pm. They did not offer to work with me but told me to come back in the AM. When I said this is inconvenient they seemed to not really care. I called the police for stolen property and the police immediately just told me to come back when the store opened... So if I stole the car wash's cleaning supplies and the police were called on me would it be ok to bring it back when I was open to bringing it back? Moral of the story: horrible institution and terrible experience and beware of your property and triple check prior to leaving. Ps. I went with my boyfriend today to Mr Bubbles Car Wash. I went inside to pay while my boyfriend sat outside on a bench with our dog, waiting for the truck to come out of the bay. While he was waiting, the car cleaners were speaking Spanish thinking my boyfriend had no idea what they were saying but he did. The cleaners were wiping the truck dry and saying in Spanish what dirty people we were because the inside of the truck was messy. The cleaners literally called us "pigs" in Spanish as they were laughing with each other and my boyfriend understood everything they were saying about us. It was very offensive and demeaning and rude and we will never go back to this place again. There is a time and a place to make derogatory remarks about people, places and things but not at your place of employment, or in front of customers. They thought he didn't understand Spanish but he did and it was very clear they were talking about us. The cleaners have no class at all. We will NEVER go back to this place. I hope you won't either. They did a fabulous job, were almost impossibly kind, and you got even more than what you expected to pay for. Seems their automated washing machines are working. And liberally spray those wax and cleaning soap. Will come back again for my other car. Maybe the cheaper package. Mostly I need is undercarriage wash especially when snow is melting that includes the salt that got mixed when it is spread. read more

I decided to give this business a chance, but unfortunately not planning to return. I had a voucher for a free wash and decided to upgrade to a premium package for a few extra dollars, but I'm not entirely sure of what I really gained from that. Not only was front of my vehicle still unclean after the highest-priced machine wash offered (still covered in the dirt I drove in with), but the hand wash staff didn't take care of it until I asked them to. I am rather surprised given that this was blatantly obvious; something that other car washes I've been to would have taken care of by default. Additionally, other than the basic interior vacuuming that missed about half of the sand/dirt on the floor and seats, they failed to wash any of dirt/grease on the fabric and plastic trim around the dashboard and door panels. If you are looking to have your interior actually cleaned, I would go elsewhere. This quality was really disappointing, and thought that given the upgraded package, I should have left happier. I will not be spending any more money here and really hope that someone would take some time to follow up on this review and provide feedback to the team/ownership. read more

been coming here for years before management changed over. had the pleasure of meeting new management at opening and was excited to see more professionalism and class. my niece went in today and not only do the employees not speak english, they refused a detail to her when she arrived at 6pm and further changed the deadline for same 3x from 6pm to 611pm to 615m. after going back and forth with a language barrier from staff they refused the detail and she then had a line behind her and felt forced into the service. at the counter this woman who sighed and snapped at my niece when at the counter as my niece requested managements information to escalate the matter, the woman refused to give her name a contact for management or any assistance and pressured my neice to pay or get out and further threatened to call the police on my niece which my niece encouraged as she herself is a military policeman and is FILLY aware that she committed no crime. i write all this to say "when the cats away the mice will play" this was a disgusting demonstration of abuse of power and extreme disrespect all with no customer service at all. even the wash was mediocre which we attributed to resentment from staff. not sure we would be encouraged to return. we plan to run this review to management on another platform as well to bring such behavior to their attention. read more

I have always purchased "The Works" package and tipped $5 for the hard workers. The interiors service would include a thorough vacuum and Armor All conditioning of the interiors. Since Mr. Bubbles recent renovation, their interior service has declined. I brought my vehicle in today for "The Works", and the interior was not cleaned. This is the second time this has happened. The interior was not vacuumed and not wiped down, and still dirty. When we asked the attendant about wiping down the inside for "The Works" package, she said "no that's extra" and walked away. No one tried to fix the situation. I reluctantly write this. I'm not looking for anything free. I won't be returning. I'm just hoping Mr. Bubbles can fix this issue for future customers. I hurried over there driving over 80 on the highway to make sure I made it before they closed. Made it with 11 mins to spare only for the manager and cashier lady to listen to me until they didn't wanna. I guess logic and common sense here pisses people off. Let me begin by saying, I have three dogs so my car needs to be vacuumed and the paw prints need to be wiped off the seats. I got to the car wash at 840 and was finished by 925. (Not all of the time was spent cleaning my car) When I got in my car everything looked to be okay on the surface, but when I turned around to check the backseat I was sorely disappointed (see pictures). Every time I go I have to look over the car because there's always dirt they missed. Also they don't seem to think the inside of the back window needs to be cleaned. I'm pretty obsessive compulsive about things being clean. I used to have maids back where I came from. They would spend hours on my car getting it clean. Every day. Unfortunately I don't have that luxury here in the U.S. ...until now. And for $9 only. This was an account of my whole experience at this car wash: I drove up to the entrance. I paid the $9. I got out of the car. Two guys started vacuuming the inside of the car. When they were done (about 10 mins --- unbelievably thorough) three guys started washing the car down and spraying this neon stuff on my tires. Some guy drove my car I to the brushless car wash. No idea what was sprayed onto the car but it came out semi-dry and already shiny. When my car came out of the car wash, another guy got into the car and drove it to the side. About 4 people with two towels each started wiping it down. When it was dry and even shinier, they opened all four doors and the back (I have a subaru outback) and started spraying the windows and wiping them down. They also wiped down the whole inside of my car. My car is pretty much dust- free right now. I'm so happy with the outcome. And all for $9. I left a tip of $5 because I was so happy. I'm going to this place from now on. I went at 9:15 am, after dropping my husband off at work. There were a couple of other cars. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Damaged the clear coat of my car. When I brought it to there attention, I was treated like garbage. I had to do a lot of pushing to get the manager to even call the owner, and the manager didn't even know the name of the owner, so I could speak with them. The owner who would not give me his full name, only calling himself Joe. Pretty much told me that his employees are properly trained in how to wash cars. From my observations, the proper procedure to wash cars was not used. For those of you out there that really understand the proper way to wash a car, the employee took a brush washed the wheels and then took the same brush and scrubbed the hood and sides, water was never sprayed on the car to rinse off the dirt until after. In my discussion with the owner, he wrote me off telling me that swirl marks are normal. Which they are not. Swirl marks dull the clear coat and take away from the shine a vehicle. MR. BUBBLES DAMAGED MY CAR. We'll get back to that. For starters, every car entering the car wash needs to make a reverse maneuver in order to enter the car wash. That's pretty ridiculous and I should have just left after that tremendous red flag. Here's what you came here for. The track damaged my wheel. I heard a scraping noise as he told me to "hold the wheel straight" which I've never had to do at a car wash, ever. Upon, exiting the wash, my suspicions were confirmed. Rash on the rim. I get the manager and he immediately begins denying it, saying that the wheel never touched the track. he just kept saying "You drive the car". Zero accountability. He's played this role before. I contacted the Elmsford police department for advice. They informed me that they receive regular complains from people about damaged property at Mr. Bubbles. It's a little late, but good to know. They suggested that I should file a claim with White Plains civil court and the Better Business Bureau, which I will be doing. I am a man of principle. If he admitted that his car wash did hundreds of dollars of damage to my car and apologized, I would have let it go. I didn't even get my eight dollars back for what was, in all honesty, a sub par exterior wash. As if this needs to be said, I will not be back. Wow! Firstly, this place is CASH ONLY. And for the price ($8 exterior wash, $12 full service, +$2 for SUVs) they do a very good job. I have been using Splash Car Wash ever since moving to the area, and they charge $18 for their lowest tier wash, which is quite expensive for a car run-through wash (and they do lazy poor jobs too). So I was very surprised to find this place nearby that was a lot cheaper. You first enter down this yard-like area, it really doesn't look like a car wash driveway so it can be confusing. For the full service, they removed my mats, dusted them, vacuumed everything, including trunk, etc. I saw for other cars, they even hosed down the mats and washed + dried them. Then the car goes through the run-through, which honestly isn't very impressive, it's quite short and doesn't have as much equipment as Splash Car Wash, but that's probably all unnecessary anyways since my cars was always left with stains anyways. Once it comes out, the employees drive it into an adjacent parking lot, and multiple workers work on wiping down the car inside and out. They put a lot of effort and do not rush in wiping things down, cleaning off the dust. I noticed that they even emptied out garbage/wrappers in my cup holders. That was what I liked about them. At Splash Car Wash, the jobs were always so rushed, they would be in and out within 30 seconds. Here, they actually spend up to 5 minutes and try to address your concerns/needs. And because you're at a parking lot, no need to rush to get out b/c there's no car coming out from behind you. You can take your time, ask for special requests, etc. I still had some stubborn stains/rust that couldn't be removed but I'm very happy with the service and the price. I forgot my debit card, had no cash, and couldn't convince my credit card work in the ATM at the car wash for a cash advance. Joe just told me not to worry about it, sat me down at his desk so I could get on the phone with Chase, and told me if I couldn't figure something out I could just bring him the money the following day.
