Poor Quality and Service We were down a week ago from the Carolina's for a wedding. We had just had one of those rare Carolina snow and ice storms and wanted to get the road salt off of the car. A local suggested this place so we gave it a shot. Ordered their premium package and ended up with scratches in the clear coat, windows that still have salt film on them and and interior that had a best, been only seen minimal service. Even if they charged a fourth of what they charges, would not be worth the deal due to the damage and lack of attention. read more

I paid for their best wash and Armoral. Everyone was so nice so that is why I gave them 2 stars. I came out and my car was still dirty on the outside. Someone saw me cleaning it up with my fingers. She told me I needed to go get a hand wax to get it off. She started wiping the spots with her rag and they came right off. The steering wheel and gages were not touched! Filthy. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I went there. I will never go there again. read more

Pay $16 for a decent wash and inside clean, comes out half ass and definitely not worth the money

I have been a customer for 6+ years. Always happy with the service and results....until today. I was 4th in line on a Wednesday, one of the techs came up to car and told me that my wheels were two dirty to clean. Was instructed that if I used the self-service wash for the wheels than they would do the full service on the car???? I have a jeep gran cherokee, stated the reason was they have new brushes......did I mention that I am 70 years old. Pulled out of line and will not be back. Your loss. read more

Mr.B's car wash on Rt 19 in Crystal River did an excellent job taking care of my car. I got the full service with wheel care. The carpets were vac'd, the dash and door jams cleaned and the windows looked great, and no streaks. I've paid more at other places and got less so I totally recommend taking your car to Mr. B's, and don't forget to tip them! read more

My wife went to Mr. B's the other day. When she got home we found that when the attendant removed the carpets pads for cleaning he ripped out the holding hooks from the floor on both the driver side and passenger side of the car. Also broke off a plastic cover from the passenger side seat. Last time we ever use Mr. B's. read more

As i was pulling up the girl called me jackass cos i pulled past her stop sign. I had water on my floorboards from our shoes and she told me her shop vac wont vac water? Pulled through the "detail" line and purchased the top of the line wash/vacuum/interior but when I picked up my auto (after paying). I had to go back and get the interior person to redo the interior. I cleaned all of my junk out of the console so it was easy to access but it still had a small amount of trash (gum wrapper, some blades of grass, sand, etc) left. The seats were in the same shape and there was still dust on the dash around the speedometer and gauges. As for the exterior, there were still streaks from "drying" with dirty towels. If that's the ultimate package then I'd hate to see the cheapest version. The owner needs to get a crew that cares about the customer and wants return business. read more

Mr. B's Car Wash has some problems. They will nickel and dime you to death. You think your getting a reasonable price but that's not the case. I got the C service. It didn't include armor all. So I said I wanted the interior and exterior armor all. The guy said we don't have enough people to do it cause it is lunch. But we can do the dash for &2.50 and the console for another $2.50. Then he said it was $2.50 for each floor mat to clean them. Funny how that works out in their favor. The guy at the front of the line who takes your car was wound up so tight he was ready to explode. He was close to losing it. He acted like they had 20 cars in line. There was no one behind me. They said I could come back in 45 minutes if I wanted armor all. This country has completely lost all customer service. I see it over and over. Businesses are rude and just do not know how to treat people. This place makes my point for me. read more

I have used Mr. B's car wash since 2013 and it is great. Hard working people taking good care of your car and you get exactly what you pay for. Price is displayed as is charged. Saturday I took my car in and had lost an earring inside the car, so I hoped. I could not find it but not only did they find it they brought it inside and handed it to me. I was so surprised I could not speak and they young man finally said, "You are welcome" and I felt so foolish but finally told him Thank You. I have told neighbors about what a good car wash this is and if they do not want to wash their cars or if they want to take it in on occasion I highly recommend it. read more

Horrible service. Owner is a jerk. Do not take your car here. My mom has a new RAV4. They broke a plastic piece off of her console. When she noticed it, she went back inside and spoke to the owner. He said he would not do anything about it as "his employees don't normally clean the console." Say what?!? read more

i really do not go to that wash. reason being is when i show up next door i hear people yelling about their cars. another reason is, when you park next to the car wash at the restaurant, they yell at you about how you park! who are they to run traffic in the mall. i do not even think they are part of the mall. i bet the owner of the restaurant has a drop in customers for sure. they have real problems there. and bty, they ALWAYS harass me over there. don't know why. read more
