The majority of…read morethe bugs are still on the car and I had to make them go over the entire interior because they left dirty finger and hand prints all over it! I asked the manager about having them actually getting the bug residue off the car and he said they can only do 'just so much' and don't promise to get bugs off. How ridiculous! I asked for a refund and he said absolutely not. They wash cars and say they detail, but they don't. Now I have to spend more $$$ to go to one of the new car wash places and have it cleaned again. I try to support local businesses and I keep getting burned. Why can't anyone do their job?!? Bad service, terrible quality of work and a bad attitude. Never again. Avoid at all cost.

After receiving other quotes that were higher for the same service, Rick delivered professional, showroom-quality results at a much more reasonable and fair rate. They used a professional two-pass system with high-end 3D Marine and Meguiar's products to bring my heavily oxidized gelcoat back to a mirror shine. What sets Rick apart is his transparency and work ethic. He's a young guy building a great business, and he took the time to explain every technical step. He even asked me repeatedly to walk the rig with him to ensure every single spot met my expectations. The value he provides is unbeatable. If you want a meticulous, honest, and hardworking crew, Rick is the one to call!
