Last week finally we thought everything was fixed with a final compressor replacement. But the tech and training supervisor DID NOT turn the valve back on from the water or test things to assure things were working. Both nice gentleman. But now we have survived a holiday gathering with a freezer not making ice and turning Blue Bell Ice Cream to soft serve. Someone will come check it on the 10th, probably just to order another part that will be delivered within a few days just to schedule a week or two later for repair. This is beyond a pattern here of mismanagement and poor prioritization of people waiting.

    I have thought long and hard about writing a review. However, I believe that people need to know if…read morethey use this company and something gets damaged HE WILL NOT fix it. Not only will he not fix it, he will blame you, the homeowner and customer. We had a technician come out to diagnose our dishwasher. He said it need a part, and we paid the initial fee. Ok, a few days later he comes back, unfortunately with the wrong part they sent (not his fault, and we completely understood). So, he talks to the boss, they get the right part, and he returns with it on Jan 14th. He gets under the sink, pulls out dishwasher, installs new part. Yet, it still doesn't work. Ok, so, now he finds something else wrong (which will cost another couple hundred dollars). Fine, we say, and he will order the part then call us. The next morning I am doing dishes, and put dish soap away under sink to find about 2 inches of water. We have real wood stained cabinets. I look around and a pipe was completely undone. I have video and pictures. Two inches of water filled under the sink, and bubbling/warping of the wood started about an hour after. I cleaned it all out, and try to dry it as soon as possible. We also had another technician there that was checking our heater. He saw the whole thing and even offered to help me. My husband calls the company to let them know. He offers to send the very same technician over to soak up the water and put a fan. Ok, I agree. He comes over and was very apologetic. He took pictures, which was fine, because it was very apparent that the wood was bubbling at this point. This week, we talk to the owner on Monday, he says "you must have had a slow leak." Hmmm, then why didn't the technician mention it? Why would your technician lay down in a wet area? Then his story changed when I mentioned I had another technician from another company there and witnessed the whole thing. I had gotten an estimate for repairs that day. The owner and technician come out Tuesday, he has his pictures and we show him the 4 or 5 videos and pictures we have with time and date! He still says it was our problem and we must have had a slow leak. Then says "this happened a long time ago." He continues to make up excuses as to why it's not their fault. Again, THEN why would your technician not ever mention a leak? Water falling on him from unde he sink while he was here 4 times???? Lying in a puddle of water? Nothing was ever said. In fact, when I told him, again, I had our heating company out and he saw the whole thing...he said "well, I'm not going to do anything about it." They tried to continue and work on our dishwasher when my husband told them that their assistance is no longer needed, and to leave. Horrible way to conduct business. We were looking for a fair way to get a resolution, when the owner wanted to hear nothing of it. Please take caution when hiring this company and allowing them into your home. Update: owner has now changed his story again and claims it was all a big coincidence. DO NOT USE MR. APPLIANCE ROCKWALL!!
