From start to finish...getting my items ready to be shipped to even helping with a claim that needed to be filed with UPS after delivery of my items, Jamie helped me with every step in the process. I was most appreciative when she checked in to see if I needed help with my claim. Jamie didn't just send me an email address for me to figure out the next steps. She followed up and even helped me send off my claim. Without her help, I'm not sure I would have gotten my claim paid so promptly. Another worker finally asked our name and got our packages while the other employee continued to berate us telling us they don't handle packages. If my item had not fit in the tiny overstuffed drop off box I would've had to drive many miles to another. If my package had been larger I'd have been just plain screwed since it had to be shipped that day due to an expiring label. I was there at 3:30 pm on a Thursday a completely logical time for any other business to be open. I hope Amazon stops shipping with you and they're own shipping service severely hurts your business or even better shuts you down.
