I think it's a great value to get printed material faxed or emailed through Pak Mail. There's a lot going on in this store. They even have a full selection of boxes and cards for your convenience. According to their website, it says that they do FedEx, but they have no FedEx supplies so you have to bring your own and then they will take the package for you. Otherwise they will recommend that you go to Traverse City. read more

I would give ZERO stars if that were an option!!! I work for the Department of Defense as a traveling Field Service Rep and had to ship a 100 lb box on the Gov't account this January 2021. I returned minutes later when I realized the receipt the owner (Lisa Stevens) gave me did not have an amount on it. She said that "there is no amount to show because it's on the account!" Quite confused I repeated, then how did you know what to charge? She said; "you have your receipt, that's all I have for you!" Today March 22nd, 2021 I had to use her services again since I was sent to her area (Camp Grayling, MI) All I asked her for was IF she had USPS boxes? She gruffly and aggressively said: "NO! Go to the Post Office!" I said that I don't usually like to assume but since her large sign said "WE SHIP USPS" I thought perhaps it was a possibility. This time more aggressively she cut me off and said: "I just told you we don't have them!!" I said okay and started to leave, she said something else (Incoherent) but loud (Covid mask muffled) and the three other customers stared at her as well as a man working there and all I could do was stare at her and say, WOW! I stopped in this place to ship a box and asked for a FedEx Ground label. The owner of the business proceeded to tell me that Ground labels do not exist and they never have. I was so confused because I've used these labels hundreds of times. She even told me how confused I was. The attitude and contempt this person had was unbelievable. I've never been treated so rudely by someone who knows so little. Horrible customer service. I would shop somewhere else. read more

Not a pleasant experience here. Owner was rude when I asked about purchasing insurance for my shipment (which I've done at other locations many times before). She said that there was no way to purchase insurance (which is incorrect). I couldn't understand why she was so short with me or why she would own a business if she doesn't like people.
