They threw it away where I retrieved it from the trash and was able to glue it. Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. SO, since this was a cheap little figurine - although valuable to me - I can only imagine what would happen if they broke something of real value. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled. Josh and crew did such a great job for us recently on our cross country move. They went above and…read morebeyond from start to finish. We were worried about not having enough room in the mover so Josh came before our move to plan out what size trucks to get to make sure that everything would fit. They worked really hard to Tetris everything in the moving truck and even helped us get the utility trailer on the back of the 26 mover. Josh even texted before we had the movers come to unload our truck on the other end to remind me things to warn the other movers about so our stuff didn't get damaged. A+, I would absolutely use them again!
