On my last visit, I paid for a 15 minute massage add on, which I've done several times a month for the past year. The appointment lasted an hour total for the blowout and massage, just like it always does . At checkout, the front desk charged me an unadvertised $30 "extra time" fee for exceeding 45 minutes. This was essentially double charging me for time I had already paid for with the massage. This fee is nowhere on their menu or membership contract, and it has never been charged to me before. Plus, of course it will last longer than 45 minutes because I paid for the 45 minute blowout and the 15 minute massage! The front desk staff lacked the basic understanding to fix their mistake, and management has completely ignored my two phone calls to resolve it. As a small business owner, I would never defraud a customer like this. You just lost a long time member over a bogus hidden charge, poorly trained employees, and a total failure of management.
