And what's even more amazing, she is so quick, especially when accounting for her precision. She does not braid tight, which is a Godsend for me because I am extremely tender headed. With an added service, I was out of there in 3 hours, when all the other weaves by other hairdressers I've experienced have usually take anywhere from 5-8 hours. Nyema is a true artist and a professional at her craft plus her prices are incredibly reasonable and worth every Penny. I explained what this awful person did to my hair and she was able to see me right away for a consult. She was able to literally see the extent of the butcher job and develop a plan. Now, I want to point out (and this is no reflection on Kate) that I have never had a need for extensions and I only plan to keep them as long as I need for my hair to recover. That said I also have nothing to compare to and this is not anything I wanted, they were a very large expense! This is a labor intensive process and I was concerned about quality. What I asked for was for me to look exactly like I did a week ago. Not exactly easy. exact color, exact length, fullness. That said, she did an amazing job (but I do wish I did not have to do this, but meeting her and finding out she does full service hair was music to my ears!) This is My natural look. Ashley was upfront and let me know we had to get my hair in a better state before applying any more color I was down for the process . We did 1 consultation appointment and I did a silk press and then 3 follow up appointments and added her protein treatment . After each protein treatment my hair was visibly recovering and softer . She gave me a plan and this last appointment we decided to do the color she picked the perfect color it was what I wanted originally with a prior stylist .
