So…read moreI left it with Tyler at Bimmers South and he stuck with it and was able able to diagnose the problem and come up with the fix - everything works great now. After the repair was complete, Ginger was very helpful in meeting me and allowing me to pick up the vehicle during non-business hours. The price was very fair, too. I recommend their service department.

I've taken my 325i to this shop twice, once in late 2015 and again last week (June 6). My first…read moreexperience was quite positive: the man at the desk was a bit gruff, but honest and straightforward, and it seems the work was done well. So I felt good about bringing it in again last week to deal with an AC issue. Unfortunately, this visit did not go so well. The man I had dealt with the first time was nowhere to be found. I told them about the AC problem, and they seemed to acknowledge it. I mentioned my AC problem again when they phoned to recommend a few other service items (which I accepted). When I picked up the car a few days later, however, the AC issue had not been addressed at all, and in fact the staff seemed completely unaware of it. Since it was late in the day, and I had already returned my rental car, I took the car anyway. When I phoned the next day to complain, the guy made no attempt to understand what I was talking about, and instead flipped through his notes to explain how he was not responsible. This was incredibly annoying: on reflection, I see that the shop never tried to understand what I was experiencing when I drove the car. Surely that is key to customer service in a repair shop! To top it all off, the guy never gave me a paper receipt, promising instead to send it by email. Three full business days later, plus a weekend, I still have not received it. I am not sure whether to put this down to incompetence, or to a reaction of petulance after I expressed my annoyance on the phone. In either case this is utterly unprofessional. I will never visit this shop again if I can help it.

When a mechanic is busy all day long and they are happy to see new customers, you know that you're in the right place. A little out of the way but well worth it. They showed me the scan on the tool like the dealer that revealed everything. The dealer won't show you this after they finish because they want to raise the estimated price. Zach even explained a code that the dealer missed. I'll be back

PDR companies are a dime a dozen in Georgia but I took my time to carefully research each company…read moreand Hammerhead, to me, had the best profile in terms of experience, professionalism and reviews. My research did not let me down as Hammerhead exceeded my expectations. The owner Ken responded very swiftly to any and all questions I had prior to the appointment and assured me that if it wasn't fantastic it would be complimentary. Out of the 7 different companies I talked to NO ONE had that level of confidence in my dent. Ken arrived on time this morning at my home and went over with me everything that he was going to do. I left him alone for about an hour and a half and came out to a different car. It's like the dent never existed. This man loves what he does and it shows in his work. He may not give the lowest prices but you have to remember that you're paying for his expertise and experience and that alone is worth the price as I firmly believe in the saying "Do it once, do it right". I will be referring all of my clients, friends and family to Hammerhead Dent Repair. Ken is an absolute all star and he's definitely the most underrated PDR expert in Georgia. If you have a dent and want it fixed right don't even hesitate to contact Hammerhead.

From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, gave me an honest estimate upfront, and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need--which is rare these days. What really impressed me was their efficiency and attention to detail. The work was completed quickly, and everything was done right the first time.
