Chev agreed to come out to my house and install a new battery upon very short notice. He noted that my old battery was not the correct size and strength for this particular car (a RAV4). Hands down best service from Robert and the crew at Full Line Auto! I own a 5-Star (59 reviews on…read moreYelp) company and know what good customer service looks like and what it takes. Let's be real.. Trying to find an honest auto mechanic is a pain.. I KNOW!! Out of all of the auto repair places I have been to through my life, this shop has been the most reliable and trustworthy I have ever found. I live by "trust but verify" and know a good bit about auto mechanics. Manager and auto expert Robert always fully explains and shows me exactly what happened so I know I'm not getting taken for. He provides and explains ALL available options. Trust me I've had my fair share of those shady types and FINALLY I find a REAL honest one!! Over my eight years of using them I've had everything from oil changes to large time consuming repairs (I have a couple of older vehicles in my fleet) and every time the price seemed fair and didn't try to sell me things I don't need. Awesome job to Robert and the guys over at Full Line Auto! They're the best!

I finally found the shop that knows what they're doing. Lastly, these guys are true car enthusiasts. Enough said. Period.

Shane immediately searched the marketplace and found me aftermarket parts (after I have been told by another dealer these parts did NOT exist). Wan was able to use my current "exterior" housing for the mirrors and use the aftermarket "internal" system that powered the mirrors. This prevented me from the time and trouble of having to get "external housing" mirrors on after market parts painted. (I was also told by another dealer that they could NOT do what Wan was able to accomplish). Freddie - the manager at this location - should sincerely consider giving Shane and Wan a HUGE raise. Their teamwork and execution was EXEMPLARY!!!!!!!! I intend to tell everyone I know to use Eurofed in Snellville. I am a more than DELIGHTED, EXTREMELY HAPPY, VERY IMPRESSED CUSTOMER.

The owners are Europeans (just like myself) and seem to care a lot about the customer and never play tricks so many other places seem to do these days. The popularity of this place creates a crazy atmosphere at times, when too many people try to get things done at once and all employees try their best to accommodate everybody the best way they can. I lost my count how many times I stopped for small things and paid nothing. This is the best way to keep the customer come back and never look around for another option.

Screw yelp and half of these lying theiving people. They expect work and parts for free or tell you…read morehow to do our job. They make personal & vicious attacks against the owner and his family, and they are "Fake reviews" made up by people like Brain T! Perhaps they/he should find a shade tree machinic or do it himself. Some will bring severely rusted and botched up vehicles and expect a simple cheap fix to solve their vehicle issues. Vehicle that they poorly purchased and/or have NO consept of what they purchased and have Zero idea of reality no matter what you try to explain to them, but they will pay you and direct you along the way and then attack you months or year later, and without contacting what so ever. Make it make sense. Yelp does not allow us to respond but if you want a more realistic review of what we do, than go see our G**gle reviews. Both Horn & his wife left multiple reviews as we as Brian T who left as dishonest review, who recently tripled down as Josh B & Jack M. These are fake reviews and were NEVER customers of ours. Aside from the disgusting personal attacks and lies about the owner, and the personal attack against his son with autism, they are sinister & evil at heart! Perhaps reflecting their own personal dissatisfaction of their own lives. We live in a society where evil & negative hatedred flourishes within our society and affects the good around us all! Screw these people and get a life! Your entire effort is to steer potential customers away and put our staff out of work. You people obviously have nothing better else to do. The majority of others have brought pyles of rusted and unsafe junk and don't want to listen the truth. Funny how they all were told upfront, paid us and left w/o ever contacting us, but bad mouth us online. BTW, Charles Hall went to another shop and spent $100k. That shop contacted us for help and praised us for our craftsmanship, while others are deliberately doubling and tripling down on fake reviews, in order to destroy one's good reputation.
