Towards the end of last year (October-ish), I got my tires replaced at this location and everything was great! No real problems until April, when one of my tires kept going flat. I took my car back to this location and explained to them my predicament - explicitly mentioning not only that my car has had previous issues with the tire pressure sensors, but also that one of my tires kept going flat, no matter how often I would put air back into it. I called back 3 1/2 hours after dropping off my car to ask for an update and was told that they had been calling me for hours (Note: I did not have 1 missed call from anyone in my call logs!) and that my car had been done for a while. I asked them what problems they had found and what work had been done to fix their findings, to which I was met with a very condescending tone telling me that, "The only thing wrong with your car was that your tires were low on air, so we filled them up for you!" Naturally, I was very confused. I asked if they checked the sensors and the tires themselves for any problems and was, again, immediately met with a quick and snarky reply of Yes we checked it all and your car is fine. Fast forward to 2 (Two!!!!!) days later, my tire sensor light turns back on. One more day passes and my tire is flat once again. This time, I take it to another tire dealership in Winder. Within the hour, my tire is replaced due to the carpenter nail lodged within it! Isn't it crazy how that works? As a single young woman, I find the condescension and lack of respect absolutely ridiculous. I admittedly do not know too much about cars, but if a customer comes into your establishment with a specific concern, I would try listening to them. I realistically would not be able to Ever recommend this location to someone after my experience.

My vehicle is Dodge Ram 2500 diesel , the young man was straight up front with me . Adding that he was not familiar with Cummins Diesel . and would rather not mess with something he didn't know about !! I give this mechanic 10 out of 10 , for his honesty . I had few times bad experiences with mechanic. So I don't trust them completely and dealer always overcharged or unknown charge. Last time I got oil change from dealer. They recommended to fix rear break pad for $199.95. Every time I went there, I felt they charged too much and unknown charges. So I asked my fiancé about it and he suggested 'International Auto Repairs' at Winder near Auburn. It is a little far from my house but I was looking for honest mechanic and I wanted to know what is real problem. Definitely, I am so glad to bring my car there. He only charged $89.95 and took time to check everything. Wayne who is owner and has experience more than 20 years and Andrew who is manager and also long experience kept letting me know what they have done and how long I have to wait. They are very gentle and sweet. During waiting, I notice the shop is extremely clean and organized. I felt very comfortable when I was there. Now I don't have to worry about my car after they fixed completely. I am so glad to know honest and kind mechanics and reasonable price. Definitely, I like to recommend this place to all my friends. (I pick the coupon at there -purchase 5 oil changes and receive the 6th for free! I think it's pretty good deal)
