Barrett's is a small shop run by a seemingly really good dude. Was where he said, when he said he would be. Also, I was transporting an antique car so I really needed someone to come who I could trust would take good care of it. He was recommended by a friend and I was pumped to find he was a clean cut, good dude. He even felt bad that when he dropped the car off it wasn't perfectly centered in the parking space. I had to run to get away from this dog, which was on a chain that let it reach the entire entryway, and I saw staff come out and bring it in after they heard. When I went in, upset that there was an aggressive dog that I wasn't told about, I was told that the dog was chained up, that I was unreasonable for being upset, and that I should "watch my tone." Staff was incredibly rude, and didn't seem to care that this dog tried to attack me and had access to the area where I naturally would walk through to get my car. I am not someone who is afraid of dogs, but I don't appreciate having a dog try to attack me at a business and then being blamed for it.
