The alternator was extremely stubborn to remove, and this repair ended up taking closer to 4 hours. What impressed me most was his persistence. He kept working through the difficulty rather than rushing the job or giving up. By the time he finished, it was well into the dark, and he was still there making sure the repair was completed properly. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with the parts I provided and was transparent about the work being performed. He didn't make me feel rushed, and he stayed focused on getting the vehicle repaired. That kind of dedication is hard to find. When a repair doesn't go exactly as planned, you want someone who is willing to put in the extra time and effort to get the job done right. My Lexus is back on the road, and I am very grateful for the work he put in. Five stars well deserved! In the meantime, when I got back to my car and tried to start it, the battery died and when I went back to the office and asked for a battery jumper, the attendant told me we don't have one. Imagine an auto service shop that doesn't have a jumper. I think he wouldn't give me one because I gave him feedback that they shouldn't book appointments that they don't intend to honor. Rude and unprofessional and unhelpful mechanic. I ended up having yo walk home (1.7 miles each way) to get my battery pack jumper. I only considered them because they sent a flyer to my home advertising their services and discounts they offered to lure new customers. Well you lost a customer by your unprofessionalism.
