The next morning, I woke up to find my car leaking oil, which was never an issue before. I brought the car back to them and explained everything, but after nearly two full days with no communication, I had to call myself. They told me they'd have an update in 20 minutes and that it would be ready by then. Instead, I received an estimate for over $1,000 worth of repairs. Keep in mind, I explained the oil wasn't leaking before the service, but they just kept insisting it was a "broken cover." They didn't even seem to consider that their oil change might have caused the problem. What's worse is they weren't even willing to take responsibility for any of it, only agreeing to cover a small part of the repairs--yet that still wouldn't fully resolve the leak. This place used to be amazing; I've recommended them to so many people because of their great customer service and unbeatable prices.
