After several quotes from different siding and decking companies, we decided to go with RK Siding to help with both projects! Roman from RK Siding came out and presented a very fair and competitive bid for the siding work. He also recommended a decking contractor that he has used for many years. After receiving both incredible bids for all the work needed, Roman offered many options with color, style, and type of cement board siding! We ended up getting the primer (unpainted) siding and had his paint offer a bid to paint the entire house. This, by far, was the best option for us! We got to pick out our own colors for the siding, trim, eves and front door! Roman coordinated all the work, material for all three contractors and payment to each! We cannot be more happy with all the work and end result! Roman & RK Siding is the company to use for any siding needs and combination of house projects you may need.

I met with Kurt for the initial estimate and he was great in pointing out the kind of work that needed to be done and took the time to answer all of my questions. Once I made the decision to go with 3 Generations, I started working with Jeremy who went the extra mile to meet me at my work to sign the paperwork and select the type of siding for the house. We signed the paperwork in the late Fall, which is a busy time for them but Jeremy was always up front with their estimated timing, which I really appreciated. Once the work started, the job was completed pretty quickly. Again, Jeremy and his crew were very communicative and kept me updated on the status of the work until it was done. They also fixed some plywood dry rot and installed new plywood as well as correcting some roof deck problems in addition to all of the siding replacement. I've included some pictures the old siding, which was cracked and loose as well some pictures of the new siding to show the improvement. From my experience, I would recommend 3 Generations Improvements for any siding or repair work you may need!

We felt very comfortable with Kurt who came out and meet with us and also the price was very fair. We had a very old shake siding that was starting to dry rot and fall off the house. We could not go another winter without getting it taken care of. Kurt presented us with two options. He let us know about Hardy Siding and LP Smart Siding. Both great options but we decided to go with Hardy Siding which was a bit more expensive but not by much. Their crew was great. David was the lead installer on the job, he was very professional and accommodating to any questions we may have had. If he saw something that he wasn't sure about i.e. wires all over the place, he asked me first before doing anything. When the house was finished it looked like a new house, it turned out great. I would highly recommend getting in contact with 3 Generations for any siding needs you may have.

Upon hiring Signature, they were great at communication and were able to schedule me about a month out after I accepted their bid. Kevin came out and did a temporary patch prior to a big storm to make sure I didn't have further damage while waiting for my roof replacement. During the actual install, his crew was professional and friendly. One of the guys actually brought me tamales that his wife had made! They were very respectful of me, which is important to me as a woman living alone who needs to feel safe. The worksite was tidied after the job and they even did some minor stucco repairs. Signature may not be the absolute lowest price out there, but I think they are by far the best value and highest quality. Thanks Kevin!
