Upon meeting Doyle he made us feel comfortable with the process and offered great recommendations regarding unique and breathtaking locations. Doyle listened to our interests and concerns before building out a plan for the wedding day which included location recommendations for pictures before, during, and after the wedding. After our initial discussion Doyle sent us google map links to a number of locations for us to check out based on our discussion and interests. He nailed all of them. Doyle was prompt and unobtrusive on the day of the wedding. I would say the best compliment I can give Doyle is that his "journalistic" style allowed us to get fantastic candid shots from the wedding throughout the day. Doyle was courteous and conscious of the surroundings and made all of the guest feel comfortable with his presence and was able to capture the personality of the guests through photographs. Doyle delivered our pictures within his proposed timeframe and his pricing structure was extremely reasonable given the quality of work and professionalism. We were extremely satisfied with Doyle's work and would definitely give him our highest compliments for wedding photography. (Kind of like herding a bunch of cats.) When Jeannie's pictures came back, each of the 4 families were thrilled with them. They loved the pictures of their own children, and the moms' (who can be very critical of how they themselves look) were also pleased with the pictures of themselves! Not an easy task! Jeannie was open to trying backgrounds we suggested, but we did find that there was experience and wisdom in her recommendations. and ended up picking mostly those she had suggested. Finally, the shoot itself was an enjoyable family memory with Jeannie radiating flexible patience and effortlessly bringing sweet order to chao.

Our engagement photos had come out spectacular which is why I asked her to do our wedding. On the day of the wedding she came to my hotel room early to take getting ready pictures and other pre-wedding activities. The photos of me and my bridesmaids were nice, and I think she was doing very well instructing everyone how to line up and capture the best shots. She was even kind enough to help me with carrying some items to the bus. Once we got to the church it started to go downhill, and I didn't realize until after all the festivities were over that we had missed out on some very important photo opportunities with family and our bridal party. I had sent Sarah a list in advance of everything I wanted done the day of the wedding and a lot of it was missed. We didn't get any pictures of our family and my husband didn't get any pictures with his groomsmen. Everyday we feel bad that we didn't get those important moments captured so we could gift them to our family. I was really expecting our photographer to be the voice in the room that gathered everyone together and reminded us of what needed to be done still, because as the bride I was being pulled in all directions, was losing track of time and living in the moment. Looking at our album it appeared to be mostly candid photos and the lighting wasn't good in some shots. I think Sarah was doing her best in a situation she had little experience in. From what I could tell, this was her first church wedding and probably one of the larger. I think she would've done better in a smaller intimate setting. Sarah had promised to enhance some photos for us, but that hasn't happened following some personal conflict. Sarah had made some public posts on her personal social media account that were disrespectful regarding Christianity, which felt like a slap in the face considering our wedding was in the church. Sarah should not have accepted our request to photo shoot our wedding knowing it was in a church since she had negative views of the religion. We would've also appreciated if she was transparent with us in expressing her discomfort and inexperience. In closing, I would recommend Sarah for small photo shoots based on her ability to navigate through those sessions and how comfortable and enthusiastic she is doing it. However, I would not recommend her for a church wedding or an event with over 50 people.

I entered with my wife and daughter and spent at least an hour in this shop purchasing several…read morepieces on the aluminum they offer. They were to be shipped to us and when they did not arrive for many weeks we reached out to ask why, very difficult to get a hold of and communication was horrible. When these prints finally arrived the packaging was so poor it looked like a child did it and of course the corners of all the artwork were dented in. These prints are very easily damaged. One was replaced others were not and communication was horrible, we are left with damaged and dented prints and they would not stand behind poor packaging. Could not even track or communicate on tracking of package with us or the shipper! Simply put stay out of this place don't waste you time or money, 1 star is to good a review.
