They made no attempt to understand my timing (and their form doesn't even have a field for it unless it's a wedding). I replied back and suggested it would be helpful for them to inquire when / what a potential client's requests are before just declining them, and got another rude note back. Would suggest the business just remove their inquiry page if they're declining all requests anyway, or ask more specific questions around timing at minimum.
