His studio is in a residential neighborhood. Super easy parking and very comfortable location. Doing a photoshoot with John is a breeze. It's like talking with a good friend. You just have a great conversation and he snaps away. You barely notice it and then it's over! and the end result is a bunch of great photos. They are great because he has a way of capturing your essence. He's a true artist, through and through. When you shoot with John, you're going to end up with so many terrific photos you'll have a difficult time choosing which one is the most awesome! No kidding. Another great thing about shooting with John is that he doesn't rush you. He gives you all the time you need and he shoots tons of photos. And when I look at a a website for professional services usually there is a breakdown of services and prints to expect with their cost, and theirs does not have that I may be ordering only a few prints, but the cost of it shouldn't be this high, and if I wanted to order more all at once you are still going to charge for each individual print. What about package deals? Nothing is offered. I was with my family and even the sitting fee wasn't being returned for the amount of photos everyone was ordering. They were to be shipped to us and when they did not arrive for many weeks we reached out to ask why, very difficult to get a hold of and communication was horrible. When these prints finally arrived the packaging was so poor it looked like a child did it and of course the corners of all the artwork were dented in. These prints are very easily damaged. One was replaced others were not and communication was horrible, we are left with damaged and dented prints and they would not stand behind poor packaging. Could not even track or communicate on tracking of package with us or the shipper! Simply put stay out of this place don't waste you time or money, 1 star is to good a review.
