If she had slowed down even ten minutes I probably would have enjoyed it and purchased more photos. Maybe I just got her on a bad day but it wasn't good service at all. She made us feel like we were a burden to be there. And no the photos were not great quality. She took it from one angle only and it didn't look great from that angle.

We were lucky on timing and there wasn't a long line, but I have seen it get pretty busy. We also had checked the place out on Yelp, so we had an idea of what scene and outfits we wanted to wear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are little dressing rooms where you can change and they give you baskets to hold all your things, while you're getting photographed. They help you with all your finishing touches and to make the outfits flattering. You have to go in there knowing you're going to be spending some money. It's not cheap, but it's also not something you do very often. We decided to go with two pictures we liked as a couple and an individual shot of each of us in the retro coloring. We opted out of getting any additional frames or mattings. Not only were we flying with limited space, but we were able to find some back home that fit our photos and decor of our place a little better. It's a great idea for a family photo or couples, so I definitely recommend checking them out. I'd totally go back and do another backdrop-- maybe we'll be dangerous pirates next time. I'll just have to convince my boyfriend, since he's not a huge fan of dressing up.

She talked about three sites and an exact time to meet. This was due to the key light needed for our family photographs. We took various family photos at all three locations and she worked very diligently. She was very friendly, helpful and positive. Her equipment was 'top notch' from Canon with a 2.8f Zoom lens. I am a former professional photographer and she knew what she was doing. She was also efficient. However, the 'proof is in the pudding' and she EXCEEDED our expectations. The photographs were simply AMAZING. The lighting was excellent, the setting superb and our family of four with two teenage boys had nice smiles throughout. I would highly recommend her and we look forward to booking another photo session with her in a few years. Thanks again Agata.
