I was in panic and felt like losing my mind. Fortunately through the social worker, I connected with Rina. Thankfully, that was one of the best moves I made in my life. Rina was beyond being patient and spent a lot of time with me both on the phone and helping me check out assisted living facilities. She also explained what options I might have. Things were slowly getting together with Rina and Jorge Zelaya's help through this difficult time. Rina didn't make me feel like just another client; she treated me like I was part of her own family. In the beginning, we have tried numerous caregivers. We started with 24/7 then cut back to only 12 hours once my husband was feeling better. Then back again for 24/7 as my husband's condition got worst. Some caregivers were very awesome and caring but some are bad such as sleeping on their job, showing up late, or just doesn't do anything unless you tell them to. We were fortunately to encounter some great ones who took great care of my husband until his final days. There are few things you need to be aware of: 1) Make sure you keep track the dates and times that the caregiver is present for your loved ones. I had a few days when there was no caregiver and still get charged for it. Or, I get charged double for the same shift. 2) Don't depend fully on the caregiver. They are like us, they might call in sick or have car problems. Make sure you have a back up plan and be ready to take the shift yourself. We had a hard time especially around holidays, when no caregiver would take the shift or cancel on us at the last minute. 3) Make sure your care plan is very clear as there's a potential someone new caring for your loved one everyday. 4) They are non-medical caregiver, so make sure you plan out the pills in an organizer so they can dispense and just let your loved one take the med. Overall despite some hiccups, some of the caregivers took great care of my husband until his final days and we are very grateful to them. It's a tough job mentally and emotionally. I applaud their bravery for taking such hard job.

I was transferred from one location to another because they stated that a specific location handled the area that I lived within. I went from Santa Fe Springs to Irvine and then to Los Angeles. Then, I was told that I needed to contact Santa Fe Springs. When the person realized how upset I was, she stated that she'd be able to help me. To make a long story short, I ended up faxing my husband's prescription to two locations. I have no clue if the order has been placed. I will try calling them to follow up on the order next week.

SInce they are Medicare providers they apparently don't give a sh-t about customer service since they have this locked in. My doctor and myself have spent hours on hold just to try and get and and updated machine about a year ago. Then you don't get a good on response with customer service and have to try all over again. Billing was terrible after we finally got my machine. They sent me bills when I had over paid..sent me nasty notices in emails when I had paid. They billed me and sent me the wroong supplies and like I said customer serive is a nightmare and done over seas. On several occassions I could hear roosters in the background and unabe to understand with whom I was speaking I became fearful of them having my medical info so I pulled my card from my CPAP...then the harrasment started ...they started calling me and coming to where I live to seize my machine. I had one month left for Medicare to pay it off for $14.95 and they pulled my medicare and billed me hundreds of dollars for the machine and when i went to pay found out within two weeks they sent it to a billl collector. We are only money to them. I've contacted the California consumer agency and have contacted my Medicare provider and now here I am. When a company like this has a buit in customer base from Medicare it appears they really don't give a rats ass about the customer and just bill medicare and if you don't like it ...phuck us has been their attitude toward me after i told them this was possibily the worst company I have ever dealt with and want nothing to do with them . Then this harrasment began.
