Lunch specials can fill you up without breaking the bank. Griot, or fried pig chunks, is their most well-known and traditional food. It's flavorful and a little oily, but you can add some pikliz, our Haitian chili sauce, and it will absorb it all, especially when served with rice, salad, and fried bananas or tostones.
