There are about 10 food trucks organized in a U shape arrangement with parking space to accommodate more than 30+ cars. Tents with tables were available. We got in around 5:30 PM and Latin music were played in two of tents, Fogoncito Catracho and The Food Twisters. There are Pizza, Smoothies, Tacos, Burritos, Empanada and other food from Cuba, and Central America. We step in The Food Twisters and ordered a Cheese Burger and a Twisted Burger and a watermelon mojito. The staff is very friendly and tell you it will take 10 minute to prepare the food. The cheese burger is fine and flavorful. The Twisted burger is amazing! A grilled burger on a buttered bun with crispy smoked bacon strips, melted Swiss Chesse, lettuce and tomato with Guava BBQ sauce. The Guava BBQ sauce added that extra taste to the burger. Very nice! We tried their watermelon mojito drink in an oversize cup. The lime, mint, and watermelon juice with ice cubes elevated my taste bud to fight the humid Florida Summer sun! Definitely will return to try their empanada, Cuban egg roll, Mac N Cheese burger!

So, I was greeted very nicely by 2 gentlemen but the option I wanted which was stewed chicken was sold out as was the jerk chicken . I don't eat fish so, my only option was the curry chicken; which was good not great...good. The rice and peas were ok as well. In my opinion, the cabbage was the best for me. Now, I'm a rice and beans fiend which resulted in me being disappointed in their rice. It was lacking beans and was sort of mushy. I got there before 5pm so I am not sure if the rice was sitting all day or not. The ambiance was cool and I really enjoyed my conversation with the older gentleman who I assume owns the spot. Will I go back? I don't know...I have to find another spot to compare it to and then I'll go from there. 7/10

Also, unless they charge $3 for a water bottle, then they def over charged us. $10 pan con bistec $13 ropa vieja $3 corquetta's $6 two desserts $32. 2 bottles of waters and bill was $41.12 hmmm before the credit card fee of 4% that they don't advertise.
