Yes I was out of town that's why the service was rescheduled to the week of May 11. What I am asking is if you can't provide service for the week I was told, send out a notification to your customer. Don't make it sound like it is my fault being out of town.

I was charged $5 because I paid my invoice this morning instead of last night. That's not cool. Also, I was told by my landlord when he came out to fix my AC that if I moved the outdoor AC unit again, I would be fined. I told him he was crazy - that there was no way I was out there moving around an AC unit. Well, turns out it wasn't me. It was my mowers. They broke the connection last time, which is why technicians has to come out. When I came home yesterday, my unit was shoved up against my home again. That's when I knew. You can't just move someone's AC because your mower doesn't fit. Find another way.

Avoid this company if you're actually looking for repairs…read more I scheduled a service call for my sprinkler system because three zones weren't working and I had a broken head. Garrison showed up, quickly identified a faulty controller module--and then immediately pivoted into a sales pitch for a full system replacement. I clearly told him I'm selling my house in a month and only wanted the issue fixed. His response was that they "don't like these types of controllers" and I'd need to replace it anyway. No attempt to repair it. No effort to quote the work I actually requested. Instead, after a quick walk-through, he handed me three quotes ranging from $1,500 to over $6,000 for upgrades I explicitly said I didn't want. He also claimed my system was "leaky" while half the zones weren't even running. This wasn't a service call--it was a sales call. And they still charged me $75 for it, refused to refund it, and wouldn't even provide a quote for the repair I asked for. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you want someone to actually fix your system, look elsewhere.

Avoid this company at all costs. Jennifer is one of the most unprofessional, rude, and arrogant…read morepeople I've ever dealt with. From the moment I asked a simple question, she talked to me like I was stupid and acted like she was doing me a favor just by responding. No customer service skills, no patience, no respect. And the work? Absolutely awful. My yard looked worse after they "treated" it. Weeds were still everywhere, and whatever they sprayed didn't seem to do anything at all. It looked like they just showed up, halfheartedly did the job, and left without a care. When I brought it up, Jennifer got defensive instead of trying to make it right. No apology, no solution, just attitude. What's even more laughable is that they BRAG on their Facebook page about having no employees. When a company goes from having a team to suddenly being proud of having no one, it usually means something went wrong. high turnover, poor management, or bad work culture. And when there's no staff, there's no quality control, no accountability, and no consistency. Just one person doing everything, cutting corners, and blaming the customer when things go wrong. Which explains why things are the way they are now. I strongly warn anyone thinking about hiring this company: don't. You'll waste your money, your time, and end up with a yard full of weeds and a headache from dealing with Jennifer. Go with literally anyone else.
