I felt they just didn't understand what I was going through. Pain is tricky these days. It's safe to say we live in a society where we have a very large population seeking pain management not for pain reasons, but for narcotic request reasons. Dr. S and his staff have taken the time to really focus on my area of pain and making sure I've been set up with all the appropriate imaging. We now are focused on solutions to what I am dealing with. This has been such a long journey. I've had to build trust with Dr. S and his team. I've had to show them I'm responsible and genuine with any requests I may have. If your having a bad experience with pain management my biggest advice is to pray for patience with the process. This office is busy and can possibly be frustrating at times trying to get a instant response. But just know they are probably busy with someone just like you trying to get help.. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Schrattenholzer and his team. CH

The front office does not seem to offer many activities for children, and I only saw one child during my experience here which leads me to believe that the target audience served here is likely the elderly. There are restrooms available, though, likely not for public use. Bring your own water because there are no fountains around! Unsure about the staff, other than Jessica, at the front desk being friendly and helpful! Both ladies managing the front do a great job. I was referred here by Carolyn Weaver, at St. Vincent De Paul to Doctor Tek Fish. He is no longer accepting patients at this time, and there are 4 alternate providers who are taking new patients. My appointment was with Doctor Barnes. I have Molina insurance. This clinic offers inserts for $65 and custom orthotics for ~$600. There was an ease of scheduling and the clinic also offers additional out-of-pocket treatments. Unfortunately, insurance only covers custom orthotics if you are diabetic. Clover Podiatry offers the most affordable custom orthotics in the Vancouver area that I have found. Thank you for a positive experience!

I just knew that my foot would never heal completely and that it would be a burden for me for the…read morerest of my life. A deep, aggressive melanoma invaded my heel and the surgeon took a lot of my heel off, like 60%. After surgery I was eventually shipped off to wound care (that's another review) where they started the process of getting my body to naturally fill the gaping hole in with a wound vacuum. Eventually, as the hole filled it was time to start thinking about the end game, getting walking on the heel again. Wound care suggested I contact Dr. Justin Tidwell at Legacy Foot and Ankle, he knew about this type of procedure. The very next week I found myself on the second floor of the medical center next to the hospital in his waiting room. Dr. Tidwell walked in and unwrapped my bandages and took one look and said, "No problem, we can cover that up." Simple as that. His staff is wonderful, really caring and confident, like Dr. Tidwell. I went back several times to get the skin graft set but then I came down with an infection and a hospital stay (not his fault) which put off the graft until this massive nasty infection was cleared up. Eventually we were ready to pull the trigger. We did the circle jerk dance with my insurance company but eventually they granted me the synthetic skin graft. One office visit, less than 25 minutes, some synthetic skin and a steri-strips and orders to continue to stay off it and I was out the door. As of this writing I am still sitting with my foot up in the air mostly, but so far so good. Talking to people in the waiting room they couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Tidwell whether you were getting reconstruction, ingrown toe nails fixed, skin grafts, it didn't matter he got high marks. I am ready to get my life back and it is happening a heck of a lot quicker thanks to Dr. Tidwell and his staff. Obviously being in a hospital complex handicapped access gets an automatic A++.

When I finally arrived over a week later, I was greeted by Dr. Claire, who seemed like a lovely person. However, after taking my payment in full, she spent my paid time combing through my paperwork, which she hadn't bothered to review beforehand. I left feeling completely taken advantage of. She wanted an additional $180 for allergy skin tests, plus another $180 for the actual testing. If her rate is $180 an hour, then my initial payment of $300 essentially resulted in nothing more than a discussion of my paperwork! This experience feels unforgivable, and I believe that karma will catch up with her. Had she reviewed the paperwork properly, she could have provided valuable insights or recommendations that might have improved my situation. Instead, I feel cheated. This review serves as a reminder to future patients that they should clarify what is covered during the first consultation. Will it merely be a review of your paperwork, or can you expect actual medical advice? Also, I found the pricing of the chiropractor in her office to be excessively high as well!

And then silence. I called Rebound 5 days ago requesting a call back and ... more silence. I have an excellent relationship with the Legacy system and its providers, a relationship that is based on communication and mutual respect. Perhaps the Legacy system sets too high a bar or perhaps Rebound is just a very large corporate ortho mill where patient communication is considered more trouble than it is worth.

Plus I couldn't concentrate and I felt like I was getting dumber by the day. I had my thyroid checked and did some blood tests but doctors told me that I was either "depressed" or that it was just a sign that I was "getting older." I just couldn't believe that it could be "normal" and I tried doing an exercise and vitamin regime but I just kept getting colder and having more and more trouble concentrating -- luckily a good friend suggested that I go see Dr. Zeff. My first meeting with Dr. Zeff was the longest I've ever had with a doctor - 1-1/2 hours, during which time we discussed my complete history of health. From this meeting, Dr. Zeff was able to discover what my trouble was (turned out that my adrenals were low). I feel so much better! I used to think that seeing a naturopathic doctor would be too expensive (and I secretly thought it sounded like mumbo-jumbo). I'm glad I was wrong. I have found the office visits and treatments to be very affordable and incredibly productive -- and I have learned a lot about how to look after my health. We also go to Dr. Zeff for acupuncture and treatment of digestion issues. Dr. Zeff is attentive, knowledgeable and devoted to health services. I recommend him to friends, family and anyone else who is exploring ways to improve their health.

We felt the cost was very reasonable and the professionalism was top notch!
