The sauna was perfect: warm, relaxing, not overly hot, and completely private. It was just the two of us, which made it feel calm and intentional instead of rushed or crowded. The soak and reflexology were just as good. The zero-gravity chairs during the massage were incredible -- I'm not exaggerating when I say I drifted off a couple of times and woke up wondering what universe I had slipped into. In the best way possible. The whole space has a chill, peaceful vibe, the staff is welcoming, and the experience feels curated without being fussy. I was in a massage room and opted for the 30 minute foot massage. She said she was going to massage my back, but I told her I was not interested in my back being massage. I told her my head face and arms and hands. The lady stated that she would do that. The massage is really good. She started on my face and moved to my head and then each arm and hand after that she moved to my foot massage which also included my calves. The difference from other reflexology places that I've been to was that there was no bucket of water that she put my feet into. I'm not exactly sure how I feel about that. It doesn't really matter one way or the other actually. It was a good massage. She did a great job.
