I moved across the country (drove 33 hours) and schedule sunshine to show up at my new house and unload a 26foot Penske truck. I made a $100 deposit and confirmed with them 3 times to ensure they would show up when scheduled. They day of the move in at 8am, they don't show. I call/text for an hour and no one answered. I have my wife call (from a different number) and the scumbag answers. Now he starts communicating then he has no idea where his guys are and they aren't answering. He won't answer the phone anymore and hardly responds to texts. So here I am, with a truck full of stuff and 2 kids under 2 and I can't even put the crib together. If they were going to be late I can deal with that, stuff happens. When you are late and don't respond and leave a family of 4 completely hanging you are a lousy businessman that doesn't deserve anyone hard earned money. I guarantee he will keep my $100 too.
