They never responded to that or my follow up email. Two weeks later I called to ask why my bill wasn't paid and was told there was a note on my file that the bill was missing a wet signature. No one told me that I needed to sign the bill before sending it to them, and they took the time to update my file with a note about the missing info but could not take the time to email me and let me know. This is indicative of my overall experience with taylor morrison. They only care about covering themselves so they don't incur blame, but they don't actually care about making sure their customers are taken care of.

Obviously the FHA doesn't call people up to take random surveys so I knew this was BS. I finally got him to tell me the name of the company he works for. Looking it up, it's owned by Lending Tree. I talked to a lending specialist Morgan and mentioned that the call center agent totally misrepresented the call and she said she'd talk to his mgr. I would never do business with a company that misrepresents itself.
