I was skeptical if the program was going to work for me. I've never exercised my entire life and SO out of shape. I thought it would be too much and have to give up. Every work out is different than the one before so I don't get bored. Each week my strength gets better and better. I've only been a member since November but can see an improvement not only in strength but my in my everyday breathing. It doesn't feel like I have a weight on my chest any longer. The trainers pay attention and tailor the exercises to each individual even though we are working out in a group. The atmosphere is a positive one. I started at Movement Fitness and I am impressed with the operation. Marcus and his team are very well organized and constantly changing the workouts. The format is typically a 10 minute warmup followed by 45 minutes of constant movement. The small groups help push you to try to keep up with the other members. Very friendly place where everyone helps support each other to get to your goals. I have gotten much better results here than I did working out on my own at big gym. Love, love, love these guys. I joined Movement just over a year ago because I was bored with my current workouts and not making any progress. I love the small group training setting and the fact that all the workouts are planned out for you. I am never bored anymore and always glad I came to class. I joined Movement Fitness because I liked the idea of small group training. I never have to figure out what to do. I just show up 3 times a week and give it my all. A year later and I am down 57 pounds and 18.5% body fat. Marcus and his staff never let you become just a number. The one on one attention keeps you accountable for success. This is the best gym experience I have ever had. This is the pot of gold. The owner and other trainers take the time to get to know each and every client by first name. He truly cares and wants you to suceed in your goal and gives you the tools and resources to. The environment is small so you don't feel like a number yet the workouts are hard. I am 47 years old & when I started a year ago I was barely able to do a single, girl's push up. A year later, I am much stronger and more flexible than I ever thought I could be. The guys who work there are super nice & the workouts are always challenging -- never boring. Marcus is able to provide one on one training by keeping the classes small but somehow also making it super affordable. I love this spot. The fitness studio is perfect for the small group training offered here. This gang cares about client success and physical wellness. Several options are offered such as trx, weights, cardio and nutrition. The small group workouts and trainer led sessions give you just the right amount of push. Try them out.
