We were looking for door-to-door service with 100k+ insurance with no deductible. While everyone else was quoting $595-$695 to move my 2010 Prius from San Francisco to Los Angeles, Andre at Advantage Auto Movers quoted $375. The carrier arrived on time, and we were told the car would arrive the next morning. However, the dispatcher couldn't provide an estimate for the arrival time. She said she would call 2 hours before the car arrived. She called later that day to tell us the car wouldn't be delivered until the next morning, and again said she couldn't give us an estimate for arrival. If the carrier had been able to give us an accurate window for delivery, I would have given Advantage Auto Movers 5 stars. Andre, the manager, provided excellent customer service, always immediately answering calls and courteously answering all our questions. I would definitely use his service again, and recommend it to friends.

Hello All, I recently worked with Jerry from NS Auto…read moreTransport. On 29Aug23, I posted a favorable review based on my experience with their representative Jerry. It appears that all of the hard work from the broker was just to acquire my business. Once the contract was signed, it became clear that their job was done and all the calling and checking in stopped. NS Auto Transport moved forward with locating a driver( Kotermak Auto Transport) to transport my car from North Carolina to California. My car is a brand new 2023 Dodge Charger that i recently purchased for my son. In short, the transport company delivered my car 1 day late and once they finally arrived with the vehicle, upon inspection of my car, we noticed multiple scratches underneath the car. The scratches happened during the transport, i am guessing during placement of other cars, which required moving my car on and off the trailer. I spoke with the transport company and neither company owned up to the scratches and tried to say the scratches were there when they picked up the car, which is incorrect. Luckily, i was smart enough to take pictures of the car, as well, as video the car inside and out before they picked my car up. Due to the lack of concern and accountability displayed by the companies, i will begin filing a lawsuit to get my car repaired. Therefore, I would encourage all and everyone of you that is looking to get your vehicle transported to stay clear of these two transport companies and brokers. These companies are garbage and will damage your property with no concern. The only concern for these two companies is to get paid, not quality service. Warning!!!!! Do not contract with these two companies! See Photos: Stephen D.

After getting a few quotes, and having a few people contact me immediately through the app, I was about to go with a car transporter when I decided to call Brian. Told him my story and Brian was really friendly, honest and upfront. I decided to cancel the broker I was working with and go with Brian. It actually worked out too because he was going down to Vegas. I wasn't in a rush. We kept an eye on the weather. And it just so happened to work out. Brian provided constant communication and great customer service. I can't say enough on how knowledgeable Brian is and how safe I felt having Brian take my vehicle. He gave me a closed transport for a single vehicle at a fair price. He does such a great job I could not have asked for better service. It's always great to work with an owner operator and not a broker. Highly highly highly recommend Brian for any service he offers. Thanks again Brian, it was a pleasure working with you!

I needed to get my car to Los Angeles to a trusted mechanic in a short period of time, and made the mistake of contacting a broker unkowingly. In my frustration (receiving dozens and dozens of calls and offers from brokers and not the services themselves), I reached out to a classic car group and Brian with BSB TRANSPORT LLC. was very highly recommended. And I'm so glad to have found him. Brian arrived at the exact time he mentioned, and with delicate care, loaded my beloved car, and the next call I received was from my mechanic that the car was delivered safe and sound. A few weeks later as the car was nearly done, I called Brian and he scheduled the pickup with a bit of leeway in case the mechanic needed more time. I received my car a few days ago and prior to that a detailed overview of the car before the delivery (photos, descriptions, and delivery quote via email) put my mind entirely at ease. I'm so happy having found Brian and BSB TRANSPORT LLC., a stand alone no-broker service for delivering cars with perfect ease of mind. I'll be using this service and highly recommending it to anyone needed safe, secure, peace of mind delivery at a fair and honest cost. Well done Brian.
