Dina is incredibly patient and explains the entire process clearly. She is genuine and does not take shortcuts or skim on the details. I went through a car shipping broker, and Auto Transport Express got the job. Once I got their contact info, I reached out to the driver (Victor) multiple times to get status updates and make arrangements for the delivery. Throughout all of that, Victor was very patient with all my questions and very flexible (he ended up picking me up from a train station and taking me to the car, on the weekend!). He also went through the paperwork, showed me the issues he had seen when he picked up the car (small scratches, etc.) and everything looked OK.
