I started typing them an email request, and before I even finished/sent the email, a quote popped up in my inbox with the correct shipping zip codes and everything. I hadn't even sent the email yet, so how could they have known what i needed? They're either psychics, time travelers, or they're installing AI software on their client's computers. When I called to discuss the issue with them, they were nervous, dismissive and rude. They clearly realized that they got caught. They've been reported to both BBB and California Fraud Protection. Beware!

Dina is incredibly patient and explains the entire process clearly. She is genuine and does not take shortcuts or skim on the details. A major plus is that she only works with highly experienced carriers she has vetted personally and maintained long-term business partnerships with. The carrier arrived on time, and we were told the car would arrive the next morning. However, the dispatcher couldn't provide an estimate for the arrival time. She said she would call 2 hours before the car arrived. She called later that day to tell us the car wouldn't be delivered until the next morning, and again said she couldn't give us an estimate for arrival. If the carrier had been able to give us an accurate window for delivery, I would have given Advantage Auto Movers 5 stars. Andre, the manager, provided excellent customer service, always immediately answering calls and courteously answering all our questions. I would definitely use his service again, and recommend it to friends.

For starters they delayed picking up my car by a day and I thought nothing of it as I still needed some time to pack the remainder of my things! The nightmare came in when it got time to actually pick up and deliver our vehicle to the state it was going to. Our pick up day was for August 6th 2025, but due to the one day delay it was picked up on the 7th. Before booking we did know that it was not a guarantee to receive the car the day we wanted it in the other state (August 13th), however what made this experience even more difficult was that they weren't answering their phones or getting back to us about the status of our vehicle. So long story short we received the car August 16th! Some people have reported having things broken or stolen in their vehicle but thank God that was not our experience! All things were shipped safely and the car had no damages (that I could tell). If you ship your vehicle with them it would be wise to put a tracker in one of your bags so as to minimize the anxiety that comes with not being able to reach the driver or the company! I believe my husband and I payed 1,200 in total for their services.
