I recently had Dina help me arrange auto transport using an enclosed carrier, and the service was fantastic. The auto transport industry can be highly corrupted with scammers who lure people in with unrealistic prices, so finding someone as honest as Dina was a huge relief. Dina is incredibly patient and explains the entire process clearly. She is genuine and does not take shortcuts or skim on the details. A major plus is that she only works with highly experienced carriers she has vetted personally and maintained long-term business partnerships with. I do not ship cars often, but as long as she is not retired, Angels Moving Autos is the only one I will use. If you want a straightforward experience without the typical industry games, I highly recommend her. read more

Very efficient. They keep you apprised every step of the way. Ron, the driver, was very careful and made sure my husband's '41 prize Ford pickup didn't get a scratch on it. Highly recommend!! read more

Dina & Eddie were great. I had a vehicle transported from a dealer in CA to AZ. It all happened as we discussed and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition. I was surprised to see the neg reviews but they use contractors and I suspect that can be challenging at times. Their automated text system doesn't always reflect reality but they correct it quickly. They managed the transportation until the vehicle was in my garage! Angels is a wonderful, considerate company. The contractor they used for my job was excellent. read more

Angels Moving Autos was fantastic! They were very quick about getting a driver assigned to pick up and ship my car (less than 24 hours). And during the transport, they gave regular updates as to where the car was and the approximate delivery day/time. They made the whole process super-smooth from beginning to end. I had total confidence in them all along the way. Interestingly, they actually knew the dealership and salespeople by name at the place where I bought my car in New Mexico. They were also picking up and dropping off at a Porsche dealership local to me which is further evidence of the quality of their services if this dealership would use them. People are sometimes skeptical of shipping brokers (I was) but Angels Moving Autos obviously has a great, long-standing and well-deserved reputation in the industry for good reason. The driver of the truck (Mesfin, you're awesome!) was very friendly, respectful, professional and incredibly thorough. Before loading the car at the dealership, he noted all of the flaws with the car, however minor, even stuff I had missed after examining extensive photos and videos I received from the dealership. When I got the car, he went over those flaws with me and I later received an email outlining everything about the shipping transaction, including nearly 40 photos of the car detailing its condition upon pickup. One other noteworthy part of the experience was that there was a delay along the way and the driver wasn't going to arrive until around 9pm. They were great about letting me know that well in advnace but it was going to be very dark in my rural area and the weather was bad with heavy rain. Going above and beyond, they gladly accommodated my request to meet the next morning instead, when the rain would have stopped and I could examine the car in the daylight. I'm so satisfied with their services and I would highly encourage you to check them out. Dina and Eddie are completely on top of all the details, highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. read more

The owner Dina is amazing and always looking to deliver shipping on time with a quality carrier.

I have never shipped a car before and was very nervous to do it this time! Bought a new-ish Honda from the dealer here in Grand Rapids MI. They recommended AMA for shipping my old Honda Insight to my son in Portland OR. My calls were returned right away. The car shipped out within 48 hours of first contact. I heard daily from the office (Eddie) and at both pick-up and delivery from the driver (Tony). Everything was smooth, on-time and well worth the $1500, which I thought was very reasonable. Both Tony AND I took photos of the car from top to bottom before the shipment: my son signed off on the car in Portland, without a hitch. (ha!) Highly recommend without reservation. read more

My father drove a Triumph Stag that he purchased new. Now that he is 94, he no longer drives the car, and we decided the car would go to my brother who lives in Connecticut. My brothers and I all love that car, and we knew it needed some tender loving care to get across the country. My brother found Angel's and arranged for the car to be picked up. Dina and her team were in communication with me all throughout the process, and the carrier, Dmitri, who picked up the car was incredibly helpful and efficient and the whole process of loading took under an hour. It was comforting to see how careful they were and when they left I felt confident the car would make its way across the country safely. Not every car is a beloved family heirloom, but Angel's will certainly treat it like it is. If you need a car moved anywhere, The team at Angel's will make sure it gets there. read more

I chose this company because they have trustworthy and reliable drivers as opposed to some of the other companies who care less about who's actually transporting the vehicles. They picked up my 2017 Honda Civic on a Tuesday and dropped it off 3,000 miles on the following Sunday. Both the drivers and Angels Moving Autos were very communicative during the entire process. No complaints here. read more

I was concerned that the car dealer was dragging their heels but once these Angels showed up, my car shipped to me superfast. I'm very much a type A personality and Angels is able to cater that to me. They let me know that they need a 7 day load window, which I was able to pick. They gave me an estimated transit time, which the carrier gets to pick. I was contacted 48 hours before the first day of the load window, and then each day after that until my car loaded. They contacted me 48 hours before my car was delivered, and, again, every day after until it was delivered. They have a well oiled system that I appreciate very much. read more

Angels moving is well priced and got the job done. They did promise to use known quality drivers but when it was time to deliver our vehicle the drive cause a number of issues. They scheduled to deliver on Wednesday or Thursday but called without prior notice saying the car MUST be delivered on Tuesday. This cause us to cancel plans and adjust because the driver had a "family emergency". The driver also refused to deliver to the location and demanded we meet him at a Lowes. We got the vehicle and everything worked out. We called Angels to complain and discuss the issues and they did not take any responsibility for the bad communication. Then Dena hung up on us in frustration. They also don't pick up any day because Sat or Fri and if you need a different day then you have to pay an extra fee for us it was $250. read more

DO NOT USE THEM! 100% Record. That's a joke! My car arrived damaged at the rear. The transporter told me the damage was already there at the garage when he collected it. The garage told me it wasn't. Angels "Frankly" just left me with $3500 of damage to my car. I wish I had read Davros S and Pepper J reviews before booking them. Dina is a total Bitch quite "Frankly". Told me my timestamped photos were fake and that I'd reversed the car into something myself. read more

I just completed a cross country move and almost every aspect of the move was a nightmare EXCEPT for shipping my car with Angels. They were super communicative and my car arrived from the Bay Area to Miami in only five days, which was about half the time they estimated it would take. It was a little pricier than some other companies but I went with them after a friend who'd used them several times recommended them so highly and I'm so glad I did. Every single member of the team and my carrier from TopLine were an absolute delight, so fast to respond, and quelled my moving anxiety with every interaction. I will be recommending them to everybody from now on! read more

Amanda is the BEST!!! This was my first time transporting a car and I like to do a lot of research so naturally, I was terrified by all the horror stories about shady brokers, crazy delays, and damage to the car in the auto transport industry. Needless to say, I was VERY selective in choosing a professional transport service. Angels came highly recommended by the dealer I bought the car from and Amanda did not disappoint. Super professional and everything went exactly as described. Absolutely no surprises. She made the process as smooth as possible with timely updates. There was a small 1-day delay but that is still pretty good and not an unreasonable delay. Sad to see there are negative reviews but my auto transport with Angels went smoothly without a hitch. Car came in perfect condition. I will not hesitate to use them again. Would recommend! read more

I used them years ago and were the worst by far. Read the reviews. I can't believe they're still in business. My car was delayed by two weeks and everyday was an excuse. 4.5 stars! I shipped my Porsche Macan S with Angels Moving Autos coast to coast from Maryland to Washington state. I was a little nervous as it was a big move but Dina reassured me that everything will be okay. The car arrived slightly delayed in about 10 days- which is still perfectly reasonable. The car arrived in perfect condition! Yes, I was a little hesitant in the beginning because they are technically a broker but Angels seem to work very closely with specific transport companies only and have developed long term relationships with them. My car was assigned to A&G Transport. I knocked down half a star because as the driver was unloading the car, he was wearing dirty working gloves and left oily dirt marks on my beige seats and steering wheel. It came off easily with a little cleaner but it was still a hassle to clean and took about one hour of scrubbing. Apparently A&G Transport often ship for Porsche dealerships. I saw the truck unloaded a brand new 911 from the dealership so you are in good hands if you decide to go with them. I had the personal phone number of the driver himself so it was very easy to keep in touch with him whenever I wanted an update. He was also very courteous and pleasant. I needed the car in Seattle prior to starting a new job so a timely delivery was really important to me. Side note- prior to signing with Angels, I tried to sign with non brokers Intercity Lines and Passport Transport just because they were highly recommended on some forums, as Angels Moving Autos were as well. Both Intercity Lines and Passport were incredibly disorganized and inconsiderate of my time so I do not recommend them. I waited for 1.5 months and called them every week-- and they still couldn't confirm if they were going to Seattle or not until one day they both called and said they would pick up in 2 days. How did you not know for 1.5 months? You have ONE job. Get it together Intercity Lines and Passport Transport- you guys are incompetent as a business company regardless of safe car delivery or not. On the other hand, Angels Moving Autos were great! I am very pleased! Very transparent and great communication til the very second of delivery. On top of that, Angels was about $500 less than the independently owned companies listed above. For reference, I paid $2,250 to have my Macan S SUV delivered in an enclosed carrier coast to coast. Highly recommend! Go with them! read more

If I could give no stars I would. This company I chose because of the yelp review, and because it is a woman owned company. They come off really sweet, but then it goes south. We had a 2 way transport, was quoted $1,400.00 then when we decided to go with then then we we told that we were misquoted, if we wasn't in a rush we could still do it for the 1rst quote. If not it would be $1,700.00 my husband said it was no rush so that was it. Then over the next few days we got text saying Aug 13, so we got to our contact person and let them know the 13 would be pick up day. So then today we get a text saying Aug 20??? It was explained that the driver had a family emergency, totally understand BUT we had our contact waiting on this pick up and putting his life on hold. So was told that it would be hard to get another driver because " they would rather pick up honda civics than heavy old vehicles " and we would have to fork over more money! So then we are pissed, they use the excuse of the 14 day contract, but what happends when you can't find a driver, and we had this worked out with our contact! We risked loosing the truck because the person was now having 2nd thoughts on the trade. So we found a new transporter, yes more money but it will happen tomorrow with a delivery for tuesday! When we asked for our money back, they told us no, but they provided no service at all. Will be contacting my bank and bbb! You have been warned. And if this gets erased by yelp or by the owner of the company I will post this on every site known to man! read more

The people working here are nice enough, but don't care if there are problems with your shipment. Only a "sorry" and "we understand" offered. Not a good way to keep customers. If you are in the wrong, you fix it. My car was quoted to be in my possession within 10 days. I had it shipped from LA to NJ. It took them almost 2 weeks to get to me. They claimed it was because someone at the DOT had "accidentally deleted a document" in California. So the truck was stuck in Arkansas. They literally called me on Tuesday (the day it was due) and said it would be a little late: Thursday/ Friday. Then on Friday said the car was stuck in AR and it would take even longer. As the customer, you are left in the dark...but if you ask me, that sounds a LITTLE suspicious. Sounds to me like the driver just wanted to go on a little joy ride. Only use this company if it doesn't matter when your vehicle arrives. I get to deal with rental car and cab charges now. Thanks a million, Angels Moving Autos! read more

I needed to ship a car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles. I found angels online. Very good reviews, in the top ten on an auto transport website. After getting quotes from several different companies I decided to call. All the other companies I called quoted me an amount and a 7-10 day window for delivery. Melissa received my call and was very pleasant. I was put through to who I was told was the owner and she walked me through the options and prices. They gave me a 5 day quote and a next day pick up option! The price was a little bit higher but by the time I heard the price I had already decided to go with them. I made that decision based on the good reviews and the customer service over the phone thus far. I received a receipt via email as requested. The pick up occurred as promised. Delivery took only 4 days (exceeded expectation). There was a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. If you need to ship your car I highly recommend Angels. They are based in California but contract all over the U.S. In addition to good customer service the person that actually delivered the car to my house was really cool. He was not the rough, ciggarrette smelling, hefty truck driver I was expecting. I received a call the day before the car arrived and another on right before it got there. I'm glad I chose angels to move my car. you will be too. read more

Needed to ship my 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII from Ohio down to Texas after winning it on eBay. Considered flying in and driving it home, but I didn't have the time to spare. NO, but the dealer said he ships a lot of cars with Angels, so I went with them. The car was picked up in Ohio on Tuesday afternoon. It arrived Thursday in Texas. I couldn't believe it! 2 days to get the car 1200 mi. The car was delivered in immaculate shape and after checking it over, I paid the driver. WOW! Talk about great service! Having my Porsche 911 Turbo shipped from Dallas, TX to the SF Bay Area was not something I was looking forward to doing-so I spent a lot of time researching the best companies. My vehicle arrived on time, and in great condition. The driver was also very friendly and the whole experiece was smooth from beginning to end. So, I used Angels Moving Autos to get a car I purchased sight unseen (long story, S4 MT Avant's are extremely hard to find) from Boston to Seattle and they were FANTASTIC! After reading the horror stories about shipping companies, brokers and the like, I was almost ready to fly to Boston and drive the car back myself. Well, after about 4 or 5 inquiries (and a huge mistake inputting information on a shipping blog - which I am still getting texts/emails/calls for) and many conversations, I chose Angels. They were all very polite, never too pushy and guaranteed great communication. Although they all try to "sell" you, Angles seemed the most sincere. Either way, they contracted out the shipping to a very nice Belarusian couple - IK Transportation, and they texted me throughout the majority of the trip. Now while IK's communication wasn't the best, the only real snafu I ran into was that their truck wasn't able to make it to the original meeting spot. Not really a big deal, as I live on a very residential street and their excuse of not being able to get a 74 foot truck up a few of the Seattle hills was totally legitimate. Anyway, the car was perfectly cared for, cleaned up just like new and is driving impeccably! All for $1,400 (Boston - Seattle). read more

We've always driven from MA to FL ourselves -- 5 long days each way -- and finally bit the bullet and had the car transported this year. We had several referrals from friends and relatives, but after interviewing the various companies, it became apparent that Angels Moving Autos was really our only choice if we wanted to keep stress down and "surprises" to a minimum. Dina, April and Amanda kept an eye on things and kept us updated in the weeks prior to pick-up, during transport and the morning of arrival. The driver was also excellent in keeping us abreast of our BMW's progress down the coast. Our vehicle pick-up was on a Saturday at 2pm at a parking lot near our home and the inspection and photography process was extremely thorough (the photo files were shared with us). Our vehicle arrived safely at Noon the following Tuesday with no additional miles on it -- and no marks, dents or scuffs. In our opinion, it was definitely worth it to hire a broker like Angels Moving Autos. They ensured several quality control measures that we felt strongly about -- that the car be picked up within a tight time window adjacent to our flight time...and that it remain on one truck for its entire duration of transport. We're definitely sold on transporting our car up and down the East Coast instead of driving it ourselves now. And Angels Moving Autos will be our transport company of choice. It's always great when one gets it right the first time! read more

Angels saved my move from the west coast to the east coast. I booked with another company two months ahead of time and they failed to book my vehicles shipment. I had to leave on Monday and had not heard anything by Friday still. That's when I searched and found Angels. I spoke with Dina that Friday morning and explained my situation to her. About 10-15 minutes later, Dina was able to secure a last minute driver for both of my vehicles. She was very helpful and able to answer any question we had about the process. In addition to this, we were constantly kept up to date with text messages about where our vehicles were, who the driver was, and when we should expect deliver. We were told it could take around 7 days to make it here, but it actually made it in 4 days. The driver that delivered our vehicles was incredible and very helpful with the shipment. Dina also made sure to check in on the weekend to make sure the delivery went well. I wish I knew about them much sooner, it would have made my move much easier and less stressful. I would definitely use them again if having to ship my vehicles again, they were very reliable, honest, and fast with their services. read more

We are very unhappy with our experience. We moved a Mecedes SUV from Washington State to Illinois during the month of December. We stated that we wanted this car shipped in an enclosed truck. The picture you see on the website shows a car being loaded into an enclosed truck. This is NOT what happened. Our car was hauled on a regular auto hauler and arrived with snow, ice and mud all over it! We feel like this was a "bait and switch" with what we discussed, what we viewed on the website and what really happened. Buyer beware. read more

I have read horror stories of car shipments gone wrong, which made me incredibly nervous to ship my cars. But there's a sense of peace when you are with the right company, and that's how I felt working with Angels. This was my first time shipping a car, and my first big move (CA to PA). I had 2 cars to ship and had 0 experience with the industry. There are so many scams out there, so when I was researching an auto transport company, I looked extensively through higher end car forums (BMWs, Corvettes, Porsches, Muscle cars, etc.), because I knew that these folks would only want quality transport for their cars. I looked for the 3 most talked about companies, with consistency of positive reviews and experiences across multiple car forums and threads. Angels Moving Autos was a widely talked about company with positive reviews across the board, and I had narrowed it down to Angels and another company. Angels quoted me a little bit more than the other company, but the reason I chose Angels was because it is a family owned and operated business (unlike the other one which was a big corporate mass-consumer mess who didn't care about your car and just wanted your money), and I knew they would give special care to their customers. I was right. After almost being scammed by another company prior to finding Angels, I reached out to Dina and Bailey and we began the process. They took care of all the arrangements, and immediately assigned my cars to a driver for the exact timeframe I needed. I wanted my convertible top placement, which they told me is normal protocol for convertibles (the other company wanted me to pay extra for top placement, then later came back around and told me top placement is not guaranteed). +1 for Angels. (Upon delivery of cars, the convertible was indeed top placed). It would have been disastrous to have to miss my flight on account of the driver not picking up my cars at the assigned time, but the guy who picked up arrived on the day, exactly within the time frame upon which we agreed. Dina and Bailey kept in constant communication through text messages, and the carrier we used (Unified) was always available to take my calls and questions. I'm sure other companies do texting updates as well, but I appreciated and was surprised to see that Angel's text updates were not automated, but were personalized, live updates, addressing me by name. Even the guys at Unified knew my name, and my cars. Everyone interacted with me as though I was a long-time friend, not just a customer. Considering all the cars and folks they are taking care of, I appreciated this kind of personalized treatment. +1 for Angels. The time frame given to me was 7-10 days for cross country transport; my cars arrived in 7 days, again, exactly within the hours promised. Arrived no damage, and surprisingly clean. Over all, I am very thankful to have found Angels and would use no other company. They are professional, trustworthy, and focused on customer care. In this industry, the saying goes... you really get what you pay for. read more

Long story short, our car needed to be delivered either during daylight or to our garage where we could examine and accept delivery. Dena's driver could only do an evening delivery 2 days in a row, and so we offered Dena at least 3 suggestions to try and facilitate an evening delivery. Dena was unprofessional, was yelling and talking over me, told me I was being a child, I was one of the most difficult customer's to deal with, and she hung up on me. Thankfully, the company Dena hired to do the actual delivery called us and worked out getting our car to us. I wouldn't wish this woman on my worse enemy, and I've had many vehicles delivered to my various homes over the years. We've had many cars delivered over the years by companies that were easy to work with that do what they have promised in a professional manner. read more

I had a less than desirable experience with these folks. Here are the facts: I bought a car. The dealer salesman told me once they had the $ the delivery co. had 5 days (no including sat & sun) to pick up and 5 days to deliver. They didn't pick the car up for 7 days and delivered in 8 (to include sat & sun). I was told by Angels that this info was wrong, dealers fault. BUT on the call when I was complaining the condescending women responded, "What do you think I can pull and truck and a driver out of thin air." That is the issue I have. The customer service at this point was awful. I called the dealer to complain, spoke to the manager who reports the salesman was wrong in telling me the timeframe he did but that the way I was treated by Angels was wrong and that he would call. I then received a call from Angels with such an 'over done' conversation that it was annoying. Like, "How is your day.... OH wow you bought a new car you must be so excited, What did you get , oh wow, what color? oh wow that will be real nice, etc ,etc." Am I the consumer that just won't be happy, possibly. What I wished would have happened on behalf of Angels is this: Treat me with respect when I call. If you can't deal with upset customers train your staff. If you made a mistake and had a customer with a bad impression of an employee own it and move forward simply and professionally. No need to go over board. The car got to me in one piece. Don't expect any definite delivery times, it's just not in the cards. read more

i've moved several autos with Angels and have always been completely satisfied. Customer service is polite, professional, and responsive to my needs and concerns. One may view the president answering emails to the general contact email provided by transport reviews as refreshing. However after dealing with Dina it is obvious she should probably hire some staff to help with her customer service needs. - At least drop the president title when being condescending to your customers so it would not be such an obvious reflection of her company as a whole. So after requesting a quote from NJ to HI, she responded with "Once again, a sedan, from New Jersey $975.00, p/u within 72 hours of booking." I am not sure why she said "once again" as this was the first and only quote received from NJ...just odd but it makes sense later when she appears to have a crazy moment and snaps in a subsequent email. Since $975 seemed awfully low I attempted to confirm the price in a following email. She replied with "No, that is the price to the port in Long Beach." Confused now (as I never mentioned Long Beach as a destination), I quoted her $975 price and asked again for the price from NJ to HI. I can't help but suspect the lie a result of bait and switch tactics common in the industry. She then flipped and said "Find someone else, your an asshole." Shocked by this, I replied dumbfounded starting off with "Huh? I just quoted where I got the number from in your last email." I also alluded to it now being necessary to do my part and put a review out there of my experience. As with all companies, I am sure many customers go through the process glitch-free with Angels Moving Autos. I point this out because heaven forbid something goes wrong, I would hate to rely on service from someone that can be so grossly unprofessional on a random whim. Still I guess I have to be grateful I saw crazy pop it's head out before I plopped my cash out. BUYER BEWARE. read more

The only time I write reviews is when I receive "above and beyond" service (or exceptionally bad service) that's worth writing about. Moving to the other side of the country, and everything that entails, is stressful. Putting your treasured car in someone else's hands for that kind of trip, is even more stressful. That said, my experience with Angels - from start to finish - was nothing short of white glove service. Even more shocking - they were the best quote I received out of 3 other inquiries. With every step of the process, I received either a phone call or a text message. From initial pick up (the trucker was exceptionally nice and helpful and reassuring), to transit (we changed the "need delivery by" date on them AFTER the car was already on its way and were told "no problem!"), to delivery (they texted early that day with approximate arrival time, then called my aunt who was receiving the car for me when they were 1 hour out). My aunt and I have been raving about them throughout this entire experience and I'm glad I have an opportunity to review them for others. DEFINITELY USE THEM! read more
