I had scheduled it for 05/02/21 due to the fact that was their only opening, which worked out because 05/02 was the last day we could be in our old apt. My husband and I moved literally everything ourselves as we were staying in the same building going up one flight. Paco, Jesus, or WTF ever his name is, (don't care at this point) , had stated, that I would receive a confirmation call the day before. On 05/01/21, it was beginning to get late into the afternoon and I had still not received a call, so I proceeded to contact them, left a voicemail confirming the move, and my number should there be questions or concerns. I also reiterated the address. On Sunday morning, my husband and I were up early moving the last remaining pieces, cleaning, etc. I looked at my phone and noticed he had called a couple of times, but left a vm confirming the move. I immediately contacted him, which was exactly seven minutes from his last call, his phone was off, but stated I received his vm and that we would see them when they arrived. However, I did have to correct the apt numbers because in his vm they were incorrect, which was a little unnerving considering I had left the message the day before reiterating all pertinent information, but thought whatever. Let me just say all of this calling, and vm exchanges, were all before 8:30 a.m. When I scheduled the move weeks earlier, we were supposed to be scheduled in the morning, again, I didn't think this was going to be an issue, considering I am 51 years old, moved many times, across the country and have NEVER had a moving co not call back, or not just show up. I guess at 51 you can still be naive. Ten, eleven, noon went by, at this time I had not received further contact from Red Piss Antz Moving. By this time I had texted, & left a few other voicemails. The voicemail and texts were not rude in any way, they were more inquisitive as to the time they would arrive. We had to have the keys turned in by 9:00 a.m. this morning, or we would be assessed another day's rent. The afternoon rolled on, and finally at 3:30 pm we pretty much came to the conclusion Paco, Jesus, or WTF ever his name is (because he is so irrelevant)and his team of Smurf's were not going to show up. My husband had to contact our complex stating the same and they informed us, like we already had assumed, our old apt was rented for the next Saturday and maintenance needed at least 5-6 for repainting, repair etc. We just wanted our complex aware of what the hell was going on because at this point we were highly anxious. We do not have anyone that can assist us with these pieces. Fast forward to this morning, my husband has now found a place that will move our last few items this afternoon between 12-4 pm, but we are now going to be charged an extra day of rent and an substantial amount for a quickly scheduled move because of these clowns. All they had to do was reach out and say we are not coming, or we had issues, running late, just give me something, which I had stated on my last vm to them. I am NOT going to let this go either, from other reviews Paco Taco likes to play these games, i.e. not showing up, etc. He has now just entwined himself with someone who will not let this go, legal action if I have to. He and I will meet again. I also have left him a colorful vm this morning noting a horrible review on EVERY social media outlet possible, not to mention a BBB complaint. Who knows, is his business even legit? I guess this angry redhead will find out as to make sure this ignorant ass hat doesn't do this to anyone else. Places like this need to be out of business FOR GOOD. Moving is stressful enough, who needs this extra shit.
