Move Indy was top-notch from start to finish. Emily started things off by getting Mark to come out to do my estimate. Mark was on-time, friendly and informative. As a lot of you know, there can be a lot of anxiety in planning and executing a household move. so as my move date got closer, my stress level was getting close to red-lining. Well, when the three guys showed up ON TIME yesterday, my stress level dropped dramatically. DeWayne, Josh, and Ryan, attacked my 2 story, 2000 sq ft house like a hurricane. Within half an hour they had the upstairs and garage emptied, all my furniture, including a lot of really heavy stuff, expertly wrapped, protected, and intelligently stacked in the truck. An hour later, the last pieces were on the truck and we were ready to go to my storage unit. I was worried that my unit wasn't going to be big enough to hold everything, but Josh (aka The Pack God) assured me that it would. 30 minutes later, I was closing the door on the storage unit, the guys were heading home, hopefully knowing what a great job they did. Ryan did a great job keeping the process moving, DeWayne is a moving machine, and Josh is hi-energy. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and committed to doing the job right. In a month, I'll be calling them to get my stuff moved to the new house. I'll be insisting to Emily that this same crew get me to the final part of this journey. We used Move Indy for our move from Indiana to South Carolina. Caleb took amazing care of us from our initial quote all the way until the last item was unloaded. We got several quotes for our move and Move Indy won out in price and service. Other companies gave us a window of delivery meaning our items could be days after our arrival before our items were delivered. All of our items were the only ones on the truck on the day we were quoted. That was HUGE for us. The delivery men were courteous and worked quickly. I had a small move scheduled for 12/27/2023 and the 2 man team did a great job of moving the heavier furniture items to a 3 story townhome. This was the second moving crew I had to hire to complete the job as the first set of movers (not the same company to clarify) were awful, damaged my walls and behaved very unprofessional. Move Indy arrived on time, provided a tracker to track how far away they were and overall had great communication from the office throughout the move process. We hired Move Indy to handle the heavy lifting--literally. This was a local move. We packed our own boxes, and they took care of the big stuff plus moving the boxes onto the truck. Jordan & Ashton We had a very pleasant experience with Indy Moves. Jordan and Ashton finished up their previous job and called to see if we would like them to come then or at our scheduled time. I can only recommend Move Indy. I moved in Dec of 2019. Communication beforehand was quick and to the point. Mark and Doug were punctual, courteous and professional, arrived when they said they would, and moved my apartment in the time I envisioned. I had a fairly heavy couch, and a narrow and steep staircase, but no problems for them. The price was competitive. Will definitely use them again should I require movers in the future! Great experience. Easy to book, arrival window was 9am-11am and the guys called at 8:30am and said they were on their way and would be there at 9am. Very friendly, very detailed, answered all questions promptly, didn't bring the hard sell. My move required 3 pickup locations and one drop for a 3 bedroom, living, dining & kitchen and garage. They managed it all with several miles between pickups in under 7 hours.
