G&H had a good selection. They were very friendly, and helpful. Their prices are competitive with Lowes and Home Depot (actually $2 cheaper, by design). Unfortunately we live pretty far out of their delivery zone, so we weren't able to purchase the KitchenAid we viewed. Still, I wanted to recommend anyone in the market to give G&H a shot.

We called G & H and they promptly sent out a repairman. Long story short, the part needed was not readily available. David at G & H called me everyday to give me an update and delivered us a brand new unit when the "old" one couldn't be repaired in a timely manner. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you G & H for taking the sting out of a frustrating problem. We will be back to purchase future appliances from you! You stand behind your products. There is no doubt in my mind that had we purchased the refrigerator from a big box store we would still be without a usable unit. Thanks so so much!

We have had 0 issues with it, it has had a successful marching and concert band season. Because our kid loves music (plays multiple instruments), we decided to purchase a used base clarinet too (this one by far was the most affordable option, we tried it before we bought it as well). She has played base clarinet for over 2 years now. She has used the schools, it was ok, but could probably use a bit of TLC itself. Star City Music by far had the best prices on instruments and reeds. I definitely recommend the trip--I'm told they can even deliver to local schools for reeds, repairs, etc. Both encounters have been knowledgeable and helpful.
