After surrounding the area with heavy net barriers to prevent collateral damage, they brought in a stump grinder, ground up the stump after using a chainsaw to remove the sprouted branches, smooth-raked the area, replaced the fence panel secured it with screws, and made it look like nothing ever happened. He arrived a little late with his truck and small crew but went right to work and did the whole job in just 3 hours.
