Sven was the first to respond. He offered to come out immediately after normal work hours for a free quote. He thoroughly inspected the tree and assured me that it wasn't in imminent danger of falling over. That night he sent over a quote that was substantially lower than I had feared it would. We ordered two red crab apples. A white one was delivered another one was delivered an abscess on the bark. We have been stood up 7 or 8 times. No-show no excuse. The company is advertising for more work without completing the work they have. We paid Tom $4900 for one day at work. That's very costly.
