Initially, they indicated they could come out on Saturday, July 4, but the estimate was ultimately confirmed for Sunday, July 5, between 11:00 am & 12:00 p.m. I was coordinating the appointment on behalf of a loved one. Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.

We ordered two red crab apples. A white one was delivered another one was delivered an abscess on the bark. We have been stood up 7 or 8 times. No-show no excuse. The company is advertising for more work without completing the work they have. We paid Tom $4900 for one day at work. That's very costly.

He told me they were going to take a very large truck across my lawn that has water lines underneath the ground. When I refused, they told me it was gonna take another 10 days before they could bring the actual equipment that was in the quote to take down the tree .So I don't recommend unless you want to deal with someone who pushes you off and then shows up without the right equipment.
