Sven was the first to respond. He offered to come out immediately after normal work hours for a free quote. We ordered two red crab apples. A white one was delivered another one was delivered an abscess on the bark. We have been stood up 7 or 8 times. No-show no excuse. The company is advertising for more work without completing the work they have. We paid Tom $4900 for one day at work. That's very costly.

When I refused, they told me it was gonna take another 10 days before they could bring the actual equipment that was in the quote to take down the tree .So I don't recommend unless you want to deal with someone who pushes you off and then shows up without the right equipment.
