He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. Clean up was not only beautiful on our property but he also made sure to get all the cuttings from the inside of the tree. Tree Lion's price was very reasonable and Sven was great to work with. Will DEFINITELY use them again to prune our other trees in the future. Can't say enough about this company and am SO happy I found them!!

The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

I called and Steve came out, we walked the property and before he left I had a quote. The quote was significantly more affordable than my previous quotes. I actually called him a few days later just to clarify...could it really be this good? When the team came out, they did very good. I was expecting my yard to be torn up (as I mentioned just one branch falling over the winter caused serious damage). I could barely tell they had been there when they left. Aside from very minimal turf damage, they raked everything up. I have more trees that need to go, they're not an immediate danger right now but will be. When that time comes I won't even waste my time calling someone else. It will be Clauser.

I called Clauser's and received estimates from some of the other tree service companies that contacted me. Clauser's estimate was the lowest by far. It was actually one-quarter the high estimate. It was thousands of dollars difference for the same work. Not only did he do the work as scheduled, I couldn't be happier with the results. They removed the trees, stumps, and also the branches. Other than where the stumps were ground, you wouldn't have known the trees were there. They cleaned up the yard better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The price was reasonable and ee was up front that it would take some time to secure the crane needed for a job my size. He even checked in to apologize that it was taking longer than expected to get access to the crane and said no hard feelings if I needed to get someone else to do the job. He actual had one of his guys screen his cell phone and told me he would give him the message and of course that did not happen. Tremaine you are a dishonest business person and if anyone does business with him under Creative Design and Landscaping or Doylestown Tree Service or Favors Firewood i would think twice. Call someone else because this is not they way business should be handled
