Ian also explained the insurance limitations for a level 3 backup when the homeowner insurance as written neglects to reference the HOA master policy. Overall EC Restoration works better with homeowners than the big national water remediators, which is why our adjuster uses this business. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone who needs reconstruction, mold remediation, and water damage repairs. B was the rep who assessed the damages to the home. He arrived on time and explained what services ATI provided. He answered my questions patiently in laymen's terms. B spent a lot of time taking excellent, incredibly detailed photos of all the areas where there was damage. I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. He sent the estimate a few days later and it was within a few dollars of the insurance company's assessment. B said the project manager would contact me to move ahead with the work. J, the project manager, was also prompt and pleasant and said he would return with the subcontractor for a walk through. I especially appreciate his sense of humor during this difficult process. It made an unpleasant situation much more tolerable. J and E (drywall and painting) returned and took a detailed look at the damages. They said it would be ~3 days to complete the work and could begin within the week. E and his colleague M arrived on time and got right to work. They put in full days of work. They moved the furniture and covered everything in the areas where they painted the ceilings. I could not find a drop of paint anywhere. There was mold in the ceiling of the garage, which necessitated replacing ~ 1/3 of the drywall. They swept the garage floor when they finished the job and cleaned up all the areas they worked. I am pleased with the quality of work from E and M. There was unused sheetrock in the garage and J made certain C, another ATI employee, removed it along with the damaged parts of the ceiling. I was equally pleased with C's quick response. Everyone who had a hand in repairing the house was hardworking, polite and conscientious, truly outstanding representatives of ATI Restoration. I would gladly contact them to take care of non-storm related projects. They take great pride in their work, something you cannot take for granted from every contractor.

Mike ran his crew expertly and happily answered all of my questions. The crew worked efficiently and diligently. They thoroughly cleaned our property of their work debris. They even came back twice to check for any nails left behind. The project manager, even took me to see two areas where he felt my downspouts were not draining properly and would eventually damage the corner pieces of wood, after they themselves replaced the wood. The quote was free and surprisingly there was no trip charge either. Being a Saturday, they could not obtain a replacement for my faulty shower handle cartridge, but they did temorarily disable the cartridge until it could be replaced the following Monday. I had called another company out the previous day, but they left with the faulty cartridge still leaking. So I appreciated that Roto-Rooter made the extra effort to disable the cartridge. They finished the job the following Monday on time and efficiently. I will not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs.
