Great experience with Belles. They are trying to break into the market in our area. Extremely knowledgeable coming out to quote the work to be done. The team showed up for the job on time and were fast and efficient. In about 6 hours removed 2 very large trees, ground up the stump, chipped and cleaned up everything. Crew was very polite and friendly. Also trimmed some other large trees of ours. Would definitely use them again in the future. They DO accept credit cards with a 3% processing fee, otherwise check or cash are okay too. read more

We needed limbs trimmed above the solar water heater for the pool, so early in the season we got a set of bids and Belles won the job through competitive bidding on June 15. They said it would "go to scheduling." They never showed up, never called and never returned calls. The one time we did get them on the phone, they said they could not justify the time for that job so far away. Why did they bid on it then? They had a signed contract and refused to honor it. WOW!!! Belles Tree Service is incredible, highly professional, and fast! We cannot say enough good things about Belles. We had several big trees that needed to be removed and we were not using our previous tree service due to their unprofessionalism and sloppiness, in addition to leaving the cut up trees and mulch behind. Our son used Belles and insisted we needed to try the big-time professionals, so we did. Belles came to our home, provided an estimate by the next day, then put us on the schedule. What took our previous tree service 6 hours Belles did in only 2 hours for the same price! They came with their crane and lowered their tree guy into the tree to tie it up. Then they cut the bottom of the tree and lifted the tree into the air with the crane - WOW, Now this is how it is done! Then the entire tree goes into their monstrous tree chipper, and that is that, trees be gone! Belles TreeService used to be a company I would recommend and had over the years since first using them 10+ years ago. Apparently Craig has stepped back into just doing the estimates and his son has taken over the physical portion of the business. They have purchased a crane, which is terrific, for certain areas of their work but I think, seeing their pricing, they are trying to pay it off. Our more recent experience leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. No shows. No call backs. Craig hiding behind his staff/answering service because he's too cowardly to call himself. Sad. We will no longer chase him/them to do our work. We will find someone else. Unless you're looking for pure frustration at a very high cost don't bother making the (repeated) phone call(s)! I hate reporting all of this but it is the truth and if I can prevent someone else's bad experience so be it. read more

5 star. We had 8 dead ash trees that were a hazzard to the road way. We searched for 1 year to find a tree company that would give us an estimate for the job. NO ONE would even give us an estimate because of the difficult location. Belles came out to look at the job, gave us an estimate in a timely manner, did the job with no problem. They did return our calls when needed and kept in touch with us. We will use Belles Tree Services again. read more

I called for a downed limb actually about 1/3 of the tree blocking access from the front to back yards. Accepted their stimate on July 11. Have not heard back from them since, even after multiple responses to the text for acceptance plus calls to their answering service as well as their in house answering machine. As someone in an intensive customer service environment their lack of response tells me to stay away from this company. read more

Terrible customer service. After providing a proposal and customer's acceptance of the proposal, verified by an email from the company, NOTHING! After several weeks of waiting, contacted them and they made up some excuse about losing the acceptance and promised to "put it on the schedule" for the following week. Again. NOTHING! Contacted them again, this time NO RESPONSE AT ALL! If you like getting the runaround, this is the place for you! As for me, well, I'm writing this to let others know how poorly they treat their potential customers so they won't make the same mistake and waste their time with this outfit. read more

Thanks to Belles for removing a huge tree !!! They made the whole process smooth & easy. From the cutting & tree removal to stump grinding. All the guys were experienced & knew what they were doing in a safe way. Even the large crane was here. We have to fix a couple of spots but no problem. Belles Tree Service trimmed my neighbors trees, all was fine until I went out to the rear of my house where they had parked the chipper . My 2018 car was covered in debris ( leaves , wood chips . There was wood and small branches in front of my garage that weren't cleaned up . I called and spoke to one of the crew that worked and he gave me the run around saying everything was fine when they left . He said he would have the owner call me but I never got a return phone call . I called back and was told he was in the field and would call me back , no call . I called again and was told he was on the phone , I told Kristin I wanted a call back in the next 15 minutes . She hung up on me . Still have yet to hear back from them . I have photographs of my car and the ground area in case further action will be needed . read more

Belle's has done tree pruning for me twice before. I recommended them to several neighbors; they did a $3500 tree removal job for a neighbor last spring. Great job in my yard, neighbor pleased. I do not know how they are at cutting down trees, however they are totally unprofessional when it comes to customer service. My neighbor had trees trimmed. In the process, they knocked over my cemented in mailbox, the Morning Call box, and a planter. They "attempted" to fix it by shoving it in the ground. They would not return the numerous calls that were left. When we finally got put through to the owner, Craig, he said his son told him about it and it was fine...IT iS NOT! He is completely aware of the situation! Craig was rude and condescending on the phone...said "no one was shot or stabbed" and was minimal damage. I am at a loss on how to proceed, but I strongly feel it is their responsibility to do something! Maybe legal action is necessary? read more

"Ghosted" by a tree service! Agreed to plant a tree for us, gave us an estimated time period. I tried to touch base during that two-week period and was not called back -- OK, they said they'd contact us two days before they planned to come, so I figured they were busy. After the time period ended, I called them FOUR more times over a span of a week to find out what was going on (meanwhile the planting season was coming to an end). Left polite messages each time. THEY NEVER (TO THIS DAY) RETURNED MY CALL -- or, needless to say, planted my tree. Disgraceful. read more

We sent an internet request for a quote to have 2 trees & 1 stump removed on 4/17/2017. Had estimate by 4/19/2017. Trees removed and stump gone by 4/25/2017. They even back filled the 2 holes with dirt and cleaned up the area. Great response and very professional job! read more
