Char-Burger. Tastes pretty good! No complaints besides the garlic loaded coleslaw -- skip that!

Staying in the hotel with family and we were very afraid to eat here because of the bad reviews. Maybe it's because I went into it with very low expectations but the food was fine! It was hot a fresh and yes it's not five star gourmet food but it's was still pretty good. I'd give the food 3.75 stars and if you're hungry + at the hotel it's fine to eat here. The lady who took my order was super nice and the food was done incredibly fast! Here during COVID and they're only doing Togo. So you call to place your order then they call you when it's done for you to go pick up. They still expected you to tip which is kind of 'meh' considering it's not room service but the lady was nice so I didn't mind. Pictures posted so you can see samples of the food!!

    dirty martini.

This is there version of a dirty martini. I asked why they didn't fill the glass. I was told that it is a 3oz martini and the glasses were oversized . Totally incorrect because a classic martini has 9 oz. For 15 bucks they need to retrain the bartender

Convenient if you are staying in the hotel but overpriced for the quality. The service was great and the staff is so friendly!

The hotel manager Muncie was so kind and went out of her way to make our family feel welcome.

I want to start off by saying if someone comes into your establishment 1. Don't assume they are door dashing 2. Treat them like the client before or after them. Once seated it took over 5 mins and two walks past from the server before she even acknowledged me. She comes over ask for my drink order and at no point asks me did I want an appetizer. Also I tried being polite and make conversation by asking which of the bourbons cocktail would she recommend. She immediately gets an attitude and goes well they're all good. I'm like ok. The drink comes and I have to go can I order a couple appetizers. I order them and she never comes and ask me did I want to order an entree. The poutine fries were so soggy and fries weren't even fully cooked. The duck was highly chewy. After 22 mins with my appetizer she finally comes back. I ask why time do you close she goes kitchen closes at 8. It's currently 746, I then ok can I order my entree. I order the grilled Caesar and brink chicken. Not sure why they didn't bring out both at the same time because they immediately brought the salad out and took another 15 for the burnt chicken. The chicken was the most disrespectful thing ever. In what world would you think it's ok to serve that. Then go oh they like to get a crust. Ma'am that was burnt. Then not to even get offered anything instead. I just asked for my bill and left. I honestly felt because I was the only person of color they treated me like I wasn't important at all. I felt disrespected, and like they didn't want me there at all.

We were back in the fryeburg area and decided to try their actual fast casual restaurant and got burgers. It was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. I got their signature wicked burger and the layering of veggies is SUPERB. Such a good amount of pickle slices! My partner was reminded of in and out burgers when eating his. I think they were better than in and out! The quality is amazing for the price. We go upta camp in east fryeburg and usually I am not motivated to go into North Conway in the summer for lunch. That is going to change now that I know about this place!

Longtime fan let down by a weird excuse and missing ingredients…read more.. I've always been a fan of Wicked Fresh Craft Burgers, but my recent experience with the Wicked Steak Salad was a major letdown. I specifically chose this dish for the blue cheese pairing, but it arrived with almost no cheese at all. * Missing Ingredients: I found maybe two tiny crumbles in the entire container. If it were just sold as a "Wicked Steak Salad" without the blue cheese in the name, it would be accurate--but I ordered it specifically for the combo. * Lack of Evidence: As you can see in the photo I've attached, there is zero sign of blue cheese throughout the greens or on the steak. * Poor Service Response: When I called to let them know, I was told the cheese "must have melted into the steak." Looking at the picture, the steak clearly isn't hot enough to have vaporized the cheese. I'm disappointed that instead of acknowledging a simple kitchen error, the staff treated me like I was seeing things. I hate leaving negative reviews for places I previously liked, but being treated like you're crazy when you're just trying to provide helpful feedback is not cool. I hope they take more accountability in the future.

We picked right! Great atmosphere. Really felt like we were in a restaurant at a ski resort in Europe. Both got burgers and they were so good. Fresh and hot, so needed with all the cold outside. Service was quick and the waitress was kind and talked us through the local drinks we both ordered. 10/10 would 100% revisit if we visit the area again.

We meandered in to this rustic establishment and were completely surprised that there was so much seating ... doesn't look like much from the outside but it can accommodate a good amount of people which is why we did not wait. We sat down and felt like we were in a family lodge to warm up to for some good grub so, the vibe was fantastic. Our server was attentive and super friendly and it seemed a lot like the staff and people working were family and really cared how your experience was. The food on the other hand was a little lack luster in freshness and good quality as we got some appetizers and main courses that we could have really gotten at any restaurant so nothing that really set them apart ... this could be a gold mine if the menu was top notch. If you are looking for some pub grub and aren't looking for top shelf stuff, then this place is for you. Very clean including the bathrooms and they were rotating people in and out of the tables like a warehouse.
